Pet Friendly Policies

* You are welcome to bring a maximum of two small, well    groomed and well maintained dogs (no other types of pets are    allowed), 10lbs. or less, per one of our Gatlinburg cabins.     Some Gatlinburg cabins do not allow pets,  so please make us    aware of your intention to bring your pet(s) at the time you    make your reservation.

*A non refundable pet fee of $75 (+ tax) per pet is required. 

*A cash damage deposit of $200 per pet is required at check in.

Damage deposits are reimbursable by company check and will    be  mailed to your address on our records within thirty days of    your departure.  However, we will apply your deposit to any    damages, additional housekeeping expenses, and excessive    amounts of shedding or unexpected surprises; including flea’s.  

*We do not allow for pets to be locked up in any particular    room of your rental during your absence. 

*Please do not leave you dog(s) behind unless kept in a kennel.

*Pets are not allowed on neighboring properties.

*Pets must be on a leash when outdoors, we are not    responsible for lost pets.

You will be assessed a non refundable $250 penalty charge if    we find you have a pet that has not been registered at the    office or if you have a pet that is in a rental that has not been    listed as “pet friendly” and/or be evicted from the rental    property.  No refunds will be reimbursed to evicted guests.

*Sorry, no pets are allowed in units that are not listed as “pet    friendly”.
