What do we mean by this? There is new construction within close proximity to the "On Top Of The World" cabin, and for this reason we are running the “Construction Special” which takes 30% off the rental rate until further notice!
What are the details of this construction, you ask? This home shares a driveway with another lot. A portion of the driveway, and the lot upon which a new home will be built, are both under construction. Road construction is within 10 feet of this cabin, and there will be construction vehicles and items around the home and in the driveway. It is for these reasons that we’re offering extremely discounted rates for "On Top Of The Word." By booking this property, you are acknowledging the presence of construction near your property during the entirety of your stay, and you are accepting that no further refunds will be given for construction related concerns.
Anticipated completion of construction is the end of 2024, but we can't be sure. Neither Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals nor the owner of "On Top Of The World" are associated with this construction. We're just trying to make lemonade out of lemons y'all.
