The cabin was well equipped and beautiful! The only problem was one we created. There were 39 steps from the ground to the front door. After a few trips, we were pooped!

Maintenance was very helpful with trash and when the stairs broke. Auntie Belhams was all around amazing, the cabin not so much. The stairs to the cabin were awful, the cabin was crowded (small rooms). Would recommend Auntie Belhams, but not Top Notch.

The cabin was great: Clean, well maintained and plenty of space for the eight of us ages 8 to 89! The climb was well worth it.

Fast and polite service. Everything was explained well. The directions were a little difficult at one turn as you can't tell that the mailboxes are mailboxes from the direction you arrive, perhaps telling people to turn at the large sign would be better than turn right at the mailboxes. That was the only problem and the weekend was fabulous.

Great cabin, but a little dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy and the shower curtain had mold all over it. The stairs to get up to the cabin door were a welcomed challenge but all the safety tape to stop a person from slipping was worn off. The carpet on the stairs inside the cabin was worn enough to become smooth and slippery. The very first day there my daughter slipped and fell down them and on the second day I, myself, slipped and fell down them. We both fell from the same spot.

I think everything was great. We had a issue with the dishwasher. Apparently there wasn’t an issue and it was just taken apart for cleaning. We called about it an maintenance came very quickly. We had a problem setting the alarm. We didn’t know if it was armed when we would leave and frankly did not know how. We didn’t want to mess it up. I would suggest instructions on how to do that. Overall it was great.

Check in was smooth, easy, quick and friendly! The directions provided to find our cabin were easy! We stayed in Top Notch for our Christmas vacation. It’s an older cabin than others I have visited before but overall, a nice cabin. But beware of the stairs to actually get into the cabin! There is ALOT! I also would like to mention that one step is broken, and most of the ‘No Slip’ strips on the stairs have worn away, which made it tricky for us to load up for our departure due to snow and ice on the steps. Overall, Top Notch is a cozy cabin and suited our needs. I will definitely be using Auntie Bellams for my next stay in the Smokies!

We enjoyed our stay and already have plans to return! The grill definitely needs upgrading. We could barely grill our chicken without it flaming up from the grease. Other than that, it was perfect! We loved the hot tub and the big kitchen/dining room area.

Check in was great and the ladies were so very helpful. The cabin was described, however the fireplace was not working, but they said they would refund $75.00 of the rental price for this issue. We loved the lay out and had a great time. I do wish there was more lighting by the parking. Other than that all went well!

Booking the cabin and check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. Check out was very easy as well. The cabin was cozy and I love the location. Negatives... the cabin could have been cleaner, as far as cob webs and dusty floors. The 2nd level bedroom linens were so thin I could see through them, there was no mattress cover on the mattress, and the bottom sheet kept popping off every time I sat on the bed or moved. The couch and couch cushions could use some disinfectant spray and febreeze. Some small throw pillows reeked of body oder, some reeked of cologne. We didn't need to use the small throw pillows, so I just tossed them aside, but then need sprayed. All in all I loved the cabin and would absolutely recommend Auntie Belhams to friends and family (I already did, actually). The free movies and attractions (per explorie) are a wonderful addition to the stay as well. I love visiting the Smokies and will definitely consider Auntie Belhams for future accommodations. The kids LOVED this cabin.

reservations and check in were very easy and everyone was very friendly. I know all the cabins are privately owned, so they are not all appointd the same. The particular cabin we stayed in was in need of a little tlc and since it was for sale I believe it is being a little neglected. We were travelling with other people who stayed in a different cabin that was beautiful and very well kept.

Check in was fairly easy although, we had a crying baby with us at the time (he had been riding for 2.5 hours in the car), and the people at the front desk were looking a little perturbed when we were trying to calm him down and get his diaper changed in the restroom. The cabin was clean, spacious and very well equipped although there was a broken chair at the dining table and some of the utensils (manual can opener and other small appliances) that didn't work. Overall, was a wonderful experience.

Overall things were great. Wished the lighting was better going up the steps. We stayed out well past dark and especially due to the rain it was very difficult to get up the steps. Also wish there were extra bedding for the pull out couch and extra pillow cases.

The cabin itself was very clean (thank you, Agape!!! :)) and the inside was beautiful. The outside stairs are rather worn/rickety and could use some repair. Also, a bear toppled and rummaged through the trash can twice during our stay. This could probably be prevented by adding a "cage" for the trash cans like we observed at other cabins. Probably due to other occupants having to sweep up garbage mess outside, the broom was very dirty. We really enjoyed the darts and billiards as well as the fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi tub. Was very thankful for the baby gate to keep our active toddler safe with all the stairs and also the washer/dryer, which we used throughout our stay. There were only 2 trash bags provided so we left trash inside the kitchen and bathroom trash cans because we didn't have any more bags. This is the third time I've stayed at an Auntie Belham's cabin and I have enjoyed all 3 stays. Top Notch is the least well-kept of the 3 cabins I've stayed in, but, again, it's mainly the exterior that needs some work. The interior is nice, although I do have a few minor complaints. The chair in the living room is lopsided and extremely uncomfortable, and the couch cushions are somewhat stained and worn. Also, the sleeper sofa upstairs is very uncomfortable; thankfully we just had 2 young children sleeping there so they didn't mind.:) The convenience, smack-dab between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, can't be beat.

Liked the location away from the craziness. House was great except for a few items: mattresses need to be replaced desperately as do the pots and pans, no hangers and very little storage space. Everyone I talked to was very sweet from your company.

Wonderful cabin! Great location! Plenty of room for all of us (3 couples). Very beautiful and clean. We loved that there was a bedroom and a bathroom on all three levels. Only a few issues: one bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable (next to kitchen), website said there were two Jacuzzi tubs but there was only one, website said there was a charcoal grill but it was gas (we bought a big bag of charcoal).
