Newly updated furnishings and decorations give CABIN FEVER a modern, mid-century lodge feel, offering the perfect combo of coziness and style. This unique Gatlinburg chalet hosts 4 king bedrooms- each with a Smart TV and private bathroom. CABIN FEVER also features 2 large living room areas- one with a full size pool table- a wood burning stone fireplace on both levels, a large hot tub, a full size washer & dryer and more, making this chalet a perfect mountain home for 4 couples or a large family of relatives and friends.

On this home’s main level you will find 2 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a pool table and fireplace, a full size washer and dryer and an additional ½ bath. On the patio of the main level, you will find the clean, bubbling hot tub. After a long day of fun in the Smokies, the hot tub is a great place to unwind with a cool drink year round.

The upper level hosts 2 more king bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a comfortable living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The stone fireplace on this level is perfect for those cold winter days and nights when you want to gather round the crackling fire with your loved ones and make new memories together. Though the mountain view on this level is certainly most impressive during the winter months when the foliage has fallen, the trees on the property have recently been cleaned up to offer a better year-round view of the Smoky Mountains!

No refunds will be given for the Jacuzzi not working.

Easy virtual checkin, cabin was in a great location just a few minutes from Gatlinburg and hiking in the park. All bedrooms nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Charming living area with vintage record player connected to Bluetooth speaker. Such a cute vibe! Beautiful balcony with views of mountains, large hot tub that was nice and hot with good jets.

Our vacation began with another cabin company which initially was a disaster! The last minute switch to Auntie Belham's was the best decision our family made. The professional service provided by this company was top notch. The staff was well organized, kind, courteous! It was difficult to regulate the temperature from floor to floor. It would be hot upstairs but freezing downstairs. In the email we received prior to check in, we were told there would be a couple extra blankets and there were not any.

We enjoyed the cabin as well did our family. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The maintenance service was great! The thing is the shower pressure is low, in the bathrooms. Please address the issue so others will not have a problem. Oh we did see a momma bear and her three babies. Kinda scary but exciting. Thank you for everything.

The unit cabin fever is very nice for couples, my crew enjoyed it. The only downfall was that the indoor jacuzzi would not maintain temperature or hold water. Repair man came out and stated that jacuzzi has a malfunctioning part but it’s a jacuzzi from the 70’s. So if that was replaced the house would be awesome!! But overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back and see that indoor jacuzzi operating!

Auntie Belhams Cabin Rentals is always good. The Cabin Fever we stayed in was not the best Cabin we stayed in but that is not their fault. I would rate that cabin out of 10 I would give it a 6.

Overall the Cabin was pretty good. The only big complaint I have is with the electrical outlets. Majority of them are so used that the plug falls right out. Only other thing is maybe to clean up around the property. There is a lot of burnt wood laying next to the drive way and around the house.

We had no issues with Auntie Belham's in general. All the people we spoke with were helpful and quick to resolve issues. My main issue was with the cabin itself. I realize the cable was out due to the fires; however, there are so many tv / dvd remotes and boxes it would be extremely helpful if the cabin owners were to have instructions on how to operate the tvs and which remotes do what.

You responded quickly to requests for assistance when key fell in crack between foundation and walkway. I was not happy that I had the potential of being charged $50 for a lost key when it was not secured well in the holder. However, all ended well when the young man was able to "fish" out the key from where it landed and who re-secured it to the holder so that it would not happen to the next guests Staff was very courteous and with that great Southern hospitality!!!!

Our family stayed in Cabin Fever during the July 4th holiday. The house was beautiful, the views spectacular, and the staff answered our questions during check-in. The fact that the house had 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each one was perfect for our needs and even better was how well-maintained it was. We have stayed in an Auntie Belham chalet in the past which is precisely why we chose to go with you again this year. The only issue we had was with finding the cabin and I recommend a change to the direction sheet to make it easier. The #2 direction says to "Turn at traffic light #8 onto Parkway. Go 7.3 miles. # 3 states "Turn right onto Ski Mountain Rd. at traffic light #10." It would help if it said "Traffic light # 10 in GATLINBURG. We turned at #10 in Pigeon Forge. When I called the office for assistance, I was told "Conner Heights turns into Ski Mountain--that's why we gave the traffic light #." We ended up on Wears Valley Road/ Townsend, quite a ways from where we were supposed to be. Once we arrived we were pleased with our accommodations but we needed to recover from the ride there. More clarity with the instructions and the stay would have 5 stars! Thank you for the opportunity to share our experiences.

-How is the drive to this cabin?

The drive to this cabin is very steep and winding in areas. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.

 

-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?

This cabin is less than 8 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge and 3 miles from the parkway of Gatlinburg.

 

-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?

Up to 3 vehicles will fit comfortably in this driveway.

 

-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?

YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bar of soap per sink. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. We also provide 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed, and 1 kitchen set (1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent).  We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).

 

-Is this cabin dog friendly?

NO… And we charge $250 when evidence of dog/animal is found inside unit.

 

-Will I encounter wildlife?

Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food and are very curious and destructive, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If your cabin does not have a bear proof trash can, please call us for trash pick up.

And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.

 

-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?

Absolutely. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.

Vacay Stay Guarantee

The VSG gives your reservation a cancellation policy. Without the VSG you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. Should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. No exceptions, since the cancellation policy is offered at booking. By not purchasing the VSG, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Vacay Stay Guarantee allows for:
A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties.
A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, Auntie Belham’s refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the total stay + taxes).

For cancellations made inside of 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 6 months all monies are forfeited.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures for any reason including but not limited to: weather, road conditions or family emergencies. We are not responsible for such occurrences and will therefore not refund money because of them.
