Bear-LEE Flyin’ is conveniently located between the towns of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg; enter into a fittingly decorated living area that includes a wood burning fireplace and wall mounted large screen Smart TV with cable and Netflix. Bear-Lee Flyin' has a multi-charging dock station in the living area for your cell phones and tablets. Upper loft level includes a full size fighter jet arcade game, theater room with 5’ Projection system and cable, half bath and 2 queen log beds. Excellent booking & checking in process! Disappointed with outside lighting & driveway being in disrepair... at the cabin. Chevy Cruze dragged upon entering & leaving drive multiple times. Had wood delivered but was virtually unable to use it because it was wet. Enjoyed actual cabin ...look forward to return visit with Auntie Belham's. Customer service is superb!!!

Cabin and service was fantastic! Every time we called with a question, staff was helpful and courteous. First time to the cabin we wished the directions had the number of miles to go listed for each and every step but after the 1st time we used the GPS for easier navigation (had no issues). Only "regret" was that I wish I had looked into how far into the woods the cabin we rented was. Next time, we may ask for recommendations not quite as far a drive (especially when we live in the flat plains with no experience driving in mountains, let alone mountains in the rain) - definitely made vacation memories.

The family loved it. We all had a blast! You should however put something in the description about the driveway being so steep and narrow it was a bit sketchy to get in and out of and had I pulled straight down it my vehicle would not have made it out. But aside from that the kids really enjoyed the chest of games and the arcade game. We couldn't get the projector to focus to watch anything on it. Had a great time driving the mountains to get from place to place

we had a great time while there. I would like to suggest that you update the large couch in the living room it is getting pretty broken down. Also if would suggest that you have maintenance pound down the nails better on deck we had small children running around by there and the nail heads are popping up they almost caught their feet on a few of them. Perhaps update your web site as we bought many things we did not need to because your site said you did not provide but were there when we got to cabin. Hairdryer, coffee filters ect.

We loved our cabin. The couch in the living room seemed as though it was broken in the middle and the hot tub cover was ripped, so there were particles floating in the water everytime we wanted to get in. But these minor things won't affect my overall 5 star review. We loved the projector and popcorn maker. And have a full kitchen was super useful to us. We didn't want to leave! I hope to stay there (or another one of your cabins) in the future!

It was a wonderful stay. We did find a dead cock roach in the kitchen which made me sleep with one eye open because of my fear for bugs. I also kept my belongings in the restroom upstairs with the light on constantly so they did not get in my stuff. But other than that, the experience was wonderful. The cabin was really neat. We had never stayed in a real (non-prefabricated) log cabin before. It was quite the experience.

3rd time renter and this was our least favorite No pics of inside or we probably wool have gone With another. Small and not as nice as others Hot tub was really hot with no way to adjust jets barely worked Driveway so steep we couldn't use and had to park on street

-How is the drive to this cabin?

The drive to this cabin is steep and winding at times. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.


-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?

This cabin is 5 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge and 8 miles from the parkway of Gatlinburg.


-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?

We recommend 2 vehicles max, but 3 will fit. The driveway is narrow and slightly steep. Guests will have to backout of driveway, there is no turnaround space.


-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?

YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bar of soap per sink. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. We also provide 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed, and 1 kitchen set (1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent).  We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).


-Is this cabin dog friendly?

Yes… We charge $75 per dog, up to 2 dogs. No more than 2 dogs are permitted. The dog(s) must not be left alone in the cabin unless they are in a crate. We charge accordingly for damage done by dogs such as scratches and chew marks, and for extra cleaning due to shedding in beds, soiled carpet/rugs and fecal matter left behind. Do not let your dog(s) sleep in beds or relieve itself inside the cabin.


-Is there another cabin nearby, in case more family wants to join? 

Yes, please check out Over The Hill.


-Will I encounter wildlife?

Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food and are very curious and destructive, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If your cabin does not have a bear proof trash can, please call us for trash pick up.

And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.


-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?

Absolutely. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.

Vacay Stay Guarantee

The VSG gives your reservation a cancellation policy. Without the VSG you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. Should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. No exceptions, since the cancellation policy is offered at booking. By not purchasing the VSG, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Vacay Stay Guarantee allows for:
A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties.
A 30 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 30 or 15 days, Auntie Belham’s refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the nightly rate).

For cancellations made inside of 30 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 6 months all monies are forfeited.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures for any reason including but not limited to: weather, road conditions or family emergencies. We are not responsible for such occurrences and will therefore not refund money because of them.
