Loved staying in the cabin it was very nice and clean . There were some tiny bugs tho couldn't figure out what they were. Also with it being pet friendly there wasn't any grass for my dog to use the bathroom. She used it mainly in the gravels. Other then that I will be staying with y'all again.

The cabin was beautiful and clean exactly as the pictures showed. The cabin was stocked with everything you could need. Even a pizza cutter. The hot tub was so relaxing and just right for 2 people. On our rain day. I just sat on the porch swing and listened to the rain on the metal roof. SO relaxing. I'm looking forward to returning in the future with my adult children.

Cabin was nice and clean. Directions could have been attached to a map or something because some of the directions seemed off. We had no issues.

Cabin was great had hard time finding it. The sign for Lily Street could not read it. Sink in bathroom was stopped up. Took long time to drain. Wi-Fi did not work. Said we were hook up but it wouldn't work. The close caption on both tv would not work. But we love the cabin and the service we got.

Id give everything a 10 out of 10 except the bed in the box.Getting in and out of bed hurt legs on that wood. That would keep me from renting that particular cabin again.Couldnt figure out how to change setting on tv to use dvd player.

We had a great stay! The cabin was in good shape and was perfect for the two of us. I would recommend the side of the bed being lowered or something. It gets quite annoying getting in or out.

Me and my wife wanted to book a trip for our anniversary and thought a log cabin in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area would be perfect. Upon arrival the staff was accommodating and explained all instructions thoroughly which is nice after driving many hours and just wanting someone to tell YOU directions for a short period of time. When getting to the cabin it was after dark but we were still able to explore the inside and were already impressed by how spacious the living and kitchen areas were. And overall all the decor was amazing. In the morning we were really able to explore the deck and everything else and really fell more in love with the cabin. Booking venues was a very easy as they made it so easy to book events with xplorie. Everything about it was flawless. The text confirmation is a win for the customers. An email to check on us was comforting on the first day as we felt we were getting checked on from the staff. It detailed information as to if issues arises who to contact and this was very good information to have. Overall amazing. Any suggestions I have are completely optional and more preference to myself. 1. Blinds on the back windows would be nice as it feels more secure that way. I would shut them all at night and then walk to those two and I can't do anything to those. I just believe it would be nice to have blinds on those remaining windows as well. 2. Just letting naive tourists, such as ourselves that big acorns make a lot of noise when hitting the roof. It was quite hilarious at first checking in late at night hearing random noises (some louder than others), later finding out it was acorns falling down into the roof. It was alarming because we didn't know what it was at first and it could be just us so again all could be preference. Thanks again! It was awesome. Thanks you to everyone that makes it all possible.

Me and my new wife came to Tennessee for our honeymoon, and we found Auntie Belham's online and we are so glad we did! We stayed at "A Mary Cabin" It was absolutely perfect for just the two of us! It was beautiful just like the pictures! It was perfectly accessible from Pigeon Forge (10min) and Gatlinburg (10-15min). We couldn't be anymore pleased with our stay! The staff was so helpful and nice! And not to mention the free attraction tickets! They saved us SO much money! We did almost everything on the list of attractions! I will for now on be staying with Auntie Belham's when we make it back down to Tennessee! Thank you for everything!

Cabin could have a few more amenities. Since there is no dishwasher, how about springing for a drying rack for dishes? You can get them at a dollar store. How about putting salt and pepper in the shakers? How about some hand soap in the bathrooms? Considering what we spent on a nightly basis, I would expect some basic supplies, like that of a hotel.

Reservation, advance information, directions, check in and check out was all great. We had a very nice time and all-in-all, the cabin was super. The following comments are really more observations or suggestions --- Since there is no dish washer in The Mary Cabin, a dish drain would have been helpful and much appreciated. We used the one dish towel that we had, but it wasn't really sufficient for each washing, especially for a full week. The towel would get so wet that it didn't really dry the dishes. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. We thought we would get one of each for each person, but we must have had 6 or 8 bath towels and we had 4 wash cloths. We left those that we didn't use, folded and in the wooden crate shelves. I hope that will help save someone the trouble of washing and preparing them for the next guests. I wasn't sure if there would be an iron and ironing board and failed to check before leaving, so I packed an iron at the last minute and brought it along. Whether or not they are provided would be a nice thing to list. The one that was there was brand new, so I used it and left mine in our vehicle. We didn't spend much time on our phones or email, so it was a day or two after messages were left that I knew someone had called to check on us. All was fine, but knowing the courtesy call had been made to check, was nice. And the phone number was provided in each of the messages, so it would have been easy for us to reach someone had we needed to. Great customer service. The one slight complaint that I have is with the bed. The hand crafted bed was charming, but was so tall that you have to be careful how you sit so that the wooden frame doesn't hit an ankle. (I usually sit on a bed with one leg folded as I sit down and then pick the other one up onto the bed. I had to be sure to just sit on the bed with both feet on the ground first.) And it seemed to lean toward the outside on the right side of the bed. The person who sleeps on the right side feels like they are on a slope. A little modification would be an improvement. We loved the location of the cabin. Although there was a cabin very close to us, being at the end of the drive made ours feel a little secluded. There was easy access to the park and neighboring cities. Over all, we were very pleased.
