We love renting from Auntie Belham's. When I emailed about some issues with the cabin I wasn't expecting a response so quickly. They called me and even came out and addressed the problems right away. I was impressed. We have recommended your company to many people. My cousins are renting from you in December. I hope you give them the same treatment as you give us. They'll be repeat customers if you do. I would like to recommend having the mattresses in the cabins replaced. This is the second cabin in a row, out of 3, that we have rented and the mattresses are loud and extremely uncomfortable. Our backs hurt so bad in the morning. Other than that, we had a good stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean. The only complaint I would have is that you should provide more towels depending on how long your guests are staying. For example, we stayed 4 nights and could have used a couple more towels per person. Also the hot tub did not seem to be working properly. Other than that we would definitely stay in one of your cabins again. Thank You

Over all it was a good stay. Cabin was great. Check in and out was easy and great. Mother Nature put a damper on this by the storm knocking out the lights and water for 24 hours. Kind of thought they may offer a discount some comps or something but they did not (no lights, water, shower, or toilets for a whole night and day was a BIG inconvenience) and the free explorie discount card didn't work so good made reservations through them and when we got the show they had booked our tickets for a different night. But as stated in the beginning the overall experience with Auntie Belham's was very good.....but the actual people of Gatlinburg and Pegion Forge at most all places we shopped and attractions we went to were very lacking in customer hospitality, mostly rude and care less if we were there, I mean they do work in a very large tourist area so if they don't like tourists them maybe they should find a different place to live and work. But if anyone is going then, yes, I would recommend giving Auntie Belham's a call for a place to stay!

No bars of soap for showering or tub, just 1small one for sink. Internet would have been a plus, and the upstairs carpet a nd kitchen floors need updates. We assume our cleanliness will reflect a cheaper cleaning fee and since moo damage that also will be refunded.overall a wonderful experience we will consider. Privacy very nice..curves...scary:)

We needed special arrangements due to an unusual traveling situation. It was a bit difficult at first as there are rules in place of course, but they did accommodate our needs and helped ease our frustration in our travel situation. We much appreciated it too! My fiancée' left his wallet in the unit upon our checkout and they sent a maintenance person up to retrieve it and take it to the office for us to pick up after the wedding we were in that afternoon. The cabin was beautiful. Next time we will not need special accommodations and will take advantage of the many free entertainment coupons that came with the unit. This time we were unable to partake. We had a visit from a Raccoon who came up and knocked on the door. We interacted with him through the glass door but wisely elected to limit it to just that as he looked to be a bit of a shady character. The huge screened in back porch allowed us to enjoy nature without pesky flying insects or inquisitive critters.

As always, we love staying with you. Our only problem was that the directions to the cabin were wrong and we ended up .6 of a mile away. The directions said to drive .9 mile; in reality, it was only .3. We called and asked that you correct this for future guests. Other than that, you guys were (AND ARE) great!

The cabin was great the staff at the office very nice to. We rented the movies with the card they give you but the tv or the DVD vhs combo set up we couldn't it to work at all. I would put shades on the other two doors, the plugs don't fit in the sinks and the showers hard wear need some attention. Overall great place to getaway from it all and still have Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg within ten minutes either way.

Please change the directions on your paperwork/flier that you give to guest at check-in for Flaming Arrow. After turning right onto King Branch Road, the directions say to travel 0.9 miles before turning right when it should only be 0.3. This was very confusing in the dark because there is a right at 0.9 miles. We only found the correct road after getting very frustrated and turning around to start over. Other than that, our stay was great and the cabin was fabulous .
