Changes We’ve Implemented & How We’re Serving Our Guests Through COVID-19
Our guests are our #1 priority and it is important that we keep all of our guests safe and healthy. It has always been important for us to maintain a clean environment for each of our guests, so the impact of COVID-19 has given us an opportunity to re-evaluate our procedures and take additional actions to ensure that you stay extra safe and healthy with us.
Contactless/Virtual Check In
We are encouraging all guests to check in virtually to maintain social distancing guidelines. We have made it possible for all guests to sign documents prior to arrival and then go straight to their cabin without having to stop by our office.
Extra Cleaning Measures at Cabins
- All of our cabins receive regular cleaning, but we have implemented extra cleaning and sanitation measures with our housekeeping and inspection teams to make sure each cabin is safe for you before your stay.
- We are using disinfectants to ensure all touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between each guest visit. You can expect additional cleaning of surfaces like door handles, cabinet handles, appliances, faucets, light switches, etc. so you can vacation worry-free.
- Hot tubs are drained, cleaning and sanitized and refilled with fresh water between stays so you can feel safe to enjoy this amenity during your stay with us.
All of our cleaning personnel will be wearing appropriate PPE as suggested by the CDC and each of our employees are being screened daily when they report for work.
