The cabin was very neat and clean. Had a great vacation and enjoyed every minute. Saw shows, Elk, black bear, wild turkeys, drove in the Blue Ridge Parkway and it was beautiful, shopped and of course had delicious food.

Our stay was amazing. Check in was very easy and staff was friendly.

Only un-easy part was having to commit a picture of self+DL+CreditCard. That is not so common and I suspect makes some bail. Otherwise, well done!

We had a very relaxing and great time. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. It was just the little getaway we were looking for. We really enjoyed the hot tub, jacuzzi, Alexa, arcade game and also the fireplace. Your staff were very courteous and pleasant. One suggestion would be to have a TV guide. Thank you!

Great cabin and very clean. Good location but on a very steep road. Bring your 4-wheel drive in winter. 2 large masters, each with a large jetted tub. Hot tub fits 4 but I wouldn’t try 5. Stove didn’t work when we arrived. We called it in and it was fixed within the hour. Excellent service and great people to work with.

Everything was amazing. If we were going to a tiny picky... There were cigarette butts left in the ash tray upon our arrival and some things needed to be dusted. However, it didn't matter because we thought the cabin was beautiful and exactly what we pictured. We definitely will be back.

We had a great time. Everything was very easy from check in to check out Couldn’t ask for better Communication with the staff. Everyone I spoke with was nothing but helpful and sweet.. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Only down side was we wanted to stay an extra day and you were already booked.( not your fault😊) Would absolutely stay at one of the many Auntie Belhems cabins again. Great experience 😊

This was the cutest little cabin that was just out of the hustle and bustle and the perfect distance between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The customer service of Auntie Belhams leading up to our stay was awesome. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard. Which is a complete personal preference which is why I am still giving it a 5 star!!

Everything from making my online reservation, to submitting the required forms and signatures, to virtual check-in, and finally check out went without a hitch. My wife and I enjoyed our time in the mountains and were really pleased with Whispering Winds cabin.

Loved the Whispering Winds cabin. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient as it was about half way between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tub was great and one night we got to enjoy hearing rain on the metal roof as we drifted off to sleep ... nice! We would definitely stay there again! Only thing we found that could be addressed is that it would be helpful to have some written instruction on using the remote for the TV and a listing of which channels are ABC/CBS/NBC. We didn't watch that much TV, so it wasn't a big deal. Could also use a lightweight blanket in each of the bedrooms -- we found a very well used one in the closet but it was a little shabby. Kudos to the folks at the office -- they were so pleasant and helpful when we arrived and when we had to call about a couple of things. It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very much!

The cabin was awesome and well maintained. Only stayed for 2 nights but will be staying longer next time. Highly recommend.

From the minute we entered the cabin until we left this morning we had the most amazing experience! The cabin was so well decorated, spacious and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for those late nights. We even saw a bear crossing the front of the cabin as we were eating breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Whispering Winds! We also love Ms Kathy who took care of us at the desk. We had the most wonderful memorable time … THANK YOU! We were exceptionally impressed at how clean the cabin and grounds were maintained. The only notable thing is the hot tub. We were able to use it twice … something is wrong with the temperature gage. We waited for the temp to get hot, it did twice, then it would fall back down to 85 degrees. Sometimes it wouldn't it wouldn't even get past 85 degrees

The cabin was beautiful and clean, the only recommendation we have is to include directions on how to use things. We had no idea how to operate the fireplace or T.V. I did call the office and the young lady was very helpful, but that is something you should include in the welcome book.

Customer service could not have been any better. On our second day there I went to take the garbage out and it was full so called the office and they had someone come out within the hour to empty it. Also loved the discount tickets.

The cabin was beautiful. And probably one of the cleanest cabins I ever stayed at. The wifi connection was great. And the beds were comfortable. My only complaint and it's really not huge was I wish the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger. But will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in the mountains! Everything we needed was in the cabin. Everything was clean and well taken care of. This was not a vacation we would have planned for ourselves, but after staying with Auntie Belham's Cabins, we look forward to returning. We loved the location, the ease of getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and EVERYTHING about our stay. We had so many questions, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Only thing we missed was having access to a swimming pool!

Overall, it was very good. The cabin was gorgeous and neat. The first night was not what i expected with no water or electricity. I know that was out of anyones control, but i was kinda regretting it at first due to the miney spent an not having the basics luckily the next day it came on and it was great.

The cabin was comfortable and well kept. I would however suggest new bed linens and window coverings that offer more privacy. I was unhappy wirh the alarm system. It wasnt working properly and maintenance came and checked it out and said it was working properly. A working system would not go off when it is not even set. It was frustrating.

Great cabin, floors were dirty as our feet would get black if bare footed. Carpet in bedrooms could use cleaning. Halogen light in bathroom would go out if it got to warm, may want to replace with LED.

The cabin and hot tub were clean and perfect for our get away with our friends (another couple)

We were very pleased with our cabin! It was so spectacular we even have talked about returning next year to the same cabin! Thank you for taking such good care of the cabin because my mother in law stayed a week before us but with a different company and she wasn't as pleased as we were!

Absolutely breathtaking experience, our cabin was more than we could have imagined, just beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay- the cabin was comfortable and the extra coupons were awesome! However the cleanliness of the cabin wasn't the best. The floors were filthy, if we walked barefoot our feet were black within minutes. The high windows need cleaned and the cobwebs/spider webs should be sprayed/cleaned off outside. (I understand it's outside and they will be there but maintenance of these every once in a while would be good at least. There were a lot for it to be that they just popped up). There was a broken table in the living room that should be removed. My daughter kept trying to play with it and could have ended up cut. It was too heavy anyways and almost fell a time or two. And the air hockey table score keeper was broken. It was a comfortable stay these are just small things that should be looked into.

Reservations and check-in all went very smoothly and we found the cabin in good condition.

The personal service and call check up was welcoming. That alone made it a pleasure doing business with you. Everything was on time and as per agreement. Even the advertising. Thank you.

Cabin was awesome. Very prestine. Loved having a driveway. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of slip guard for in the shower/tubs. Was very slippery when wet. Very hazardous when standing. Thank you for providing an awesome vacation week.

Checkin was easy, office location is a little inconvenient for cabins further away from Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the free passes. A one-time laundry pod would have been a nice plus.

Easy, no hassle check in & out. Good directions to cabin. Cabin was exactly as pictured. Neat, clean, lovely and safe. Only negative-some cobwebs in bathroom in corner of ceiling (one by front door). Drive up the hill a little difficult at night but handled okay. I would definitely rent this cabin again and use Auntie Belham's

Other than the initial check-in, our experience with Auntie Belham's as perfect as always. When we were told we could come to the office to check in, we were not told the process could not be completed until the cleaning crew called in. Since we have been staying Auntie Belham's for years now so we are aware they have until 3:00 but have always been able to receive our info "early". To this point, the cleaning crew did call in a timely fashion. When I finally called the office back, after 3:00, they had to call the cleaning crew. Not your norm.

The cabin was very nice, upon entering however, the code for the alarm did not appear to work and the alarm went off which was scary to my 2 year old. There was a dead bug on the floor and some sunflower seeds as well. Other than that it was nice.

Our stay was great. Cabin was very nice, although a few minor maintenance issues were discovered. It disappointed us that on arrival the trash from the previous guests was still on the porch and overflowing. By the time we left, it was becoming rather smelly and the coons were getting in to it. I hadn't brought my hairdryer along and was surprised there was not one provided. A table on the back deck would have been nice, because we would have liked to have eaten out there.

The staff was informative and friendly. The cabin could stand a little more attention to detail but overall was very good.

We were very satisfied with our stay, a little disappointed in the actions of others that stayed in unit and throwing stuff off back porch area and garbage in goods below unit. But inside was beautiful. Your coupons for attractions were very nice and we utilized the aquarium coupon.

Great! I love the lockbox for the key. Our biggest complaint last time was having to drive all the way back to Pigeon Forge to drop off our key since you moved your office. Our only complaint this time was that we did not have enough wash cloths. I can deal with reusing my towel, but don't like reusing a washcloth and I take two showers per day! If I knew this, I would have taken some with us from home.

This is the second time we stayed in this same cabin and we love the cabin itself, and we are very happy with the customer service of the front office. We have, however, had a reoccurring problem on more than one stay with the hot tubs being dirty in the cabins we stay in. I'm not certain how difficult it is to keep a hot tub clean, so I am not passing judgment here, but the hot tub is the primary reason we rent a cabin instead of a hotel room. So when we get there and the hot tub water smells like old, dead fish, we are less than pleased (though this may not even be the cleaning crew's fault, I don't know why/how it would happen). I called the front office and was told they would send someone out to empty and refill. When we returned at the end of the day, the water no longer smelled bad, but still had a greasy looking film across the top and a fair amount of dirt floating in the water. After similar experiences with this, and loosing part of our vacation to a hot tub that we feel is dirty to be in... we are kind of disappointed. Does that make sense?
