We stayed in Gray Wolf cabin. We enjoyed our stay and the game room was a plus for our two young girls. The only issue we had was the cold water knob was not working on the down stairs jucuzi tub. Also need to think about replacing the dish towels in the kitchen . They looked nasty. Other than those two things the cabin overall was an excellent experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and very clean. We really loved all the games. Maybe a little outdated and the driveway was a bit wonky. So if it’s wet and no four wheel drive, it may have been hard for some to get in and out. But overall, we will revisit! Thank you for great weekend!!

Loved that we were able to check in early! Loved having the game room downstairs for fun while at the cabin! The cabin was pretty clean, though the kitchen cabinets and walls could have used a good wipe down. Also, there was no broom to sweep the floors or deck. Our biggest problem was not being able to walk through the living room once the sleeper sofa was unfolded. It would be awesome if there were 2 futons or a set of bunk beds downstairs in the game room, or an extra futon in the third-floor bedroom so you wouldn't have to use the sofa in the living room.

The only real complaint is the shower head was so short. I am 5’10 my husband 6’2 so that was quite inconvenient for us. The game room was great! Access to cabin was good. Check in and check out was easy.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful our cabin was Gray Wolf it was clean and exactly what we wanted for a long weekend getaway this isn't the first time we have stayed with Auntie Beckham's they are the only place we rent from now and the adventure card is great I tell everybody who is looking for a cabin rental in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg area to check out Auntie Beckham's because they are the best.

Auntie Belhams has some great cabins the people that works there are fantastic always willing to help and treat you like family, was just a little disappointed in the last cabin we rented because we were not on the other side of the mountain that we always rented, but I had a great time on vacation in Tenn thank you for havin my family and I down for vacation can not wait to come to visit again

Upon arrival we checked things out. We called the office right away because a bear was in the trash and the door wasn’t opening. They fixed both asap! We did have a bear come again once we threw out the trash and we locked the lid. The garbage cans do not stop them from tearing into the trash. Did hear the rattling of the trash container at 2:30am ... Lol! The Gray Wolf cabin was nice! It’s rustic and was nice if you have kids that need a break from hiking so they can go to the basement and play the games down there. The main floor bathroom was nice. Shower is made for a shorter person but overall it was a wonderful experience! Would come back to stay again.

We have stayed with Auntie Belhams each year for the past 4 years. We have always had a great experience and the ladies are always wonderful in the office. The only problem we have every year is not having enough supplies at the cabin. We always have to go to the store and buy toilet paper, dish washer detergent, and laundry detergent.

Your staff was very professional and courteous. We noticed your southern hospitality as soon as we ended your office. All the staff were smiling and looked as if they truly enjoyed their jobs. Our cabin met our expectations, except the beds. They were the hardest beds we have ever slept on. This was the only drawback to our stay. The cabin was clean and everything worked well. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Cabin needed some updates. The air conditioner upstairs was never fixed although the company sent someone out asap, which was appreciated. I would recommend the company in general but not our particular cabin. Not until a few things were fixed.

Check in was quick, easy, and friendly, and the cabin was clean and nice. The one thing I noticed was that one of the faucets was leaking on the Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, but other than that, everything worked exactly as it should. We had a great time!

Our stay was wonderful. Our original cabin had an elevation that caused a severe panic attack in my husband before we were able to arrive at our destination. Lauren and her staff were able to find us an alternative cabin that was perfect. Pros: The hot tub was in good working order, there were lots of towels and washcloths provided, the cabin was clean, the bed linens were nice, the couch and loveseat were new(ish) and comfortable and the layout was perfect for two couples. Cons: Bathrooms and kitchen a little outdated. Overall, we were very pleased.

great friendly check in staff; but I think your cleaning crew or maintenance staff needs to check out cabins and report their conditions more often to office and if owners don't correct improvements those need to be taken off your rental list. Grey Wolf Cabin had terrible moldy/mildew smell (worse in basement); upper deck railing rotted and patio furniture had weather-rotted material; most windows had big cobwebs/spider webs in them.

You were great, but their were a few simple things that could have been done that would have made the cabin and our stay much better. The outdoor furniture was in such bad shape, it was unusable. You could not sit in the chairs. The chairs were in such bad shape, they should have been thrown out. It doesn't make a good impression to have torn up rusted chairs on the deck. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the outdoor deck, but there was no where to sit. Out door chairs can be purchased relatively cheap. I know this sounds petty, but there were also no pot holders. We used the kitchen, and it was not good to not have pot holders. These can be purchased at a dollar store. The tub faucets also did not work properly. The place gives the impression that the owners don't want to put any money into it, and they are just renting it out as long as they can without doing any maintenance on it. If they don't, in a few years I would not stay there. It's mostly little things that would not cost too much. The back deck will need to be redone as well, and that will be expensive. I hope you have there are standards you require the owners to adhere to. This cabin should just meet your requirements. If not, I wouldn't trust your agency to rent from again.

The cabin was ok. few things we found for you to check into is the can opener does not work, the hot tub only works on low and there is a step leading into the hot tub that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. Overall the cabin was fairly nice. We had a nice stay.

Great experience! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The cabin was an excellent choice for the kids. They stayed in the game room almost the entire stay. Everything was nice and orderly in the cabin. The location was really peaceful and convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg downtown areas. I wish we had stayed longer.

Everything was great but the cabin at 1008 N ridge place could use a good wipe down on the banisters and doors of kitchen cabinets. We really enjoyed everything but this could cost you some guest that are ultra picky.

My only complaint was that the lady who did our check-in paperwork on Saturday seemed a little rude, like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Other than that, the cabin was fine. We stayed in Gray Wolf. The grill could be updated some and the VHS player in the living room didn't work. We really enjoyed the games in the basement though and the hot tub was very relaxing.

Your service was outstanding and our cabin was a good value. It was lacking a bit as far as cooking needs go and the games downstairs were in need of repair. the cabin itself was old and outdated. We were pretty much there only to eat and sleep so it worked out ok. Last, out boys really enjoyed walking down to the fishing pond- it was evenore beautiful than the picture!

-How is the drive to this cabin?

The drive to this cabin is steep and winding in areas. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.

 

-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?

This cabin is 3.5 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge and 4 miles from the parkway of Gatlinburg.

 

-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?

3 vehicles will fit comfortably in this driveway. It is a gravel driveway.

 

-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?

YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bar of soap per sink. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. We also provide 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed, and 1 kitchen set (1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent).  We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).

 

-Is this cabin dog friendly?

NO… And we charge $250 when evidence of dog/animal is found inside unit.

 

-Will I encounter wildlife?

Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food and are very curious and destructive, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If your cabin does not have a bear proof trash can, please call us for trash pick up.

And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.

 

-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?

Absolutely. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.

Vacay Stay Guarantee

The VSG gives your reservation a cancellation policy. Without the VSG you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. Should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. No exceptions, since the cancellation policy is offered at booking. By not purchasing the VSG, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Vacay Stay Guarantee allows for:
A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties.
A 30 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 30 or 15 days, Auntie Belham’s refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the nightly rate).

For cancellations made inside of 30 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 6 months all monies are forfeited.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures for any reason including but not limited to: weather, road conditions or family emergencies. We are not responsible for such occurrences and will therefore not refund money because of them.
