We enjoyed our stay a lot. The cabin was super clean easy to keep maintained. The hot tub could use a straining net for dirt/bugs that have gotten in it. Other than that it was amazing and we will be back.

Making the reservation and checking in and out was very easy. Our cabin was nice----clean and roomy with a nice deck. It would have been nice to know how far from Gatlinburg and the park the cabin was.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The house was clean. You guys had great communication. Definitely would be staying again.

We loved the creek and fire pit. Made s’mores each night. It was comfortable and clean. Perfect for 5 of us.

Cabin was great . I would however make a couple segestion, level the stove it rocks, add another comfortable chair in living room. The couch is but it’s hard to get off of. We had a wonderful stay thank you. I’ve used Auntie Belhams before and was always pleased.

customer service is amazing. getting texts and updates daily. would recommend a new shower head in the bathroom.

Auntie Belham is wonderful to work with. Check-in is very easy and the cabins are always very clean. The cleaning service they use is very good. We have rented from them several times and have always been extremely satisfied.

the rental was not set up for old people. no grab bars in tube. Fire pit steps are to steep for old guys. the house was very good, hot tube nicely located.

The staff at AB was always top notch. We mostly dealt with Jessica, who went out of her way to make some things right. In my opinion she went above what would have been normal. But all the staff we dealt with were professional.

A very nice clean cabin would love to visit again

Each time I contacted an employee of Auntie Belhams I received a quick response. I had to call twice for a slight problem and both times the employee was helpful.

This was a lifetime experience. Went to the office and was told cabin was ready 2 hours ahead of time. When we got there it was more than what we expected. Everything was clean and homey. Easy check out.

Due to covid, we were huddled in the cabin almost the entire time and we had a wonderful time with family. The cabin was spotlessly clean and spacious. Abundant towels were provided and the kitchen was stocked with utensils. We loved the stay at Shadybrook and definitely plan to visit again next year. Happy Holidays Auntie Belham's Team :-)

I did have to call the office upon our arrival to the house as the propane for the fireplace was not turned on. I was told that it is not usually turned on until sometime in October, so this should be noted on the website. The batteries in the TV remotes died on the day before we left,, so we could only watch one station. One of the reasons we chose Auntie Belham's was because of the free ticket (BOGO) offers, however when I called to book the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show I was told that it was no longer available and there was not a replacement, so we were a bit disappointed about that. However, overall we did enjoy our stay.

The cabin looked wonderful! The dishwasher didn’t didnt want to close but maybe that’s operator error. Overall I’ve loved our stay and enjoyed the back deck!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the location of our cabin. I would have preferred to be more secluded. The road was noisy.

Everything went really good! Check in and check out went really smooth. Cabin was in good shape and located in a good area. There were utensils in the kitchen if needed, hair dryer in the bathroom, arcade was neat, beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice enough, etc. Only complaints are small. The hardwood floors were a little dirty. If I walked around without shoes or socks my feet got dirty pretty quick. Also shower head made an annoying sound and WiFi was slow. Overall the experience was pretty good and I would probably stay there again.

We loved it, it was a beautiful place to stay, the only frown we have is that there was to many trees in the way on the back porch to see the firepit and creek, and that the way to the firepit was a little difficult,but other than that it was a beautiful house and again we loved it

Cabin was nice. Front desk young lady was nice. Internet didn’t work. Overall though a very nice cabin that was well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Grill was clean and had plenty of gas.

Very clean facility. We really enjoyed the deck and creek. It was a beautiful drive to Pigeon Forge. The downside was a very limited internet access.

You guys are always friendly and helpful with any questions we have. This morning when we went to pack up the car the car battery had died. My husband called you guys to ask for a reference of a good tow company and you guys sent out the maintenance guy to jump us off. What a relief. Thank you guys so much! We’ll definitely be back for our anniversary trip in January.

At the last minute we decided to rent a cabin. All was taken, however Shadybrook Chalet was the only thing that was left for rental. Heather assisted me and was very patient with me. The only draw back was I did not know the funds would be taken out from my account immediately. All and all we were very pleased. Thank you for great service.

GREAT SERVICE --WE HAD TROUBLE WITH OUR HOT TUB AND THEY SENT SOMEONE RIGHT OUT AFTER HOURS AND FIXED IT

We enjoyed our experience. Easy check in, cleanliness of cabin was above average. The cabin was well stocked and everything in working order. We took advantage of free activity tickets and had no trouble with claiming activities we were interested in. A few suggestions instructions on tv and dvd use would be helpful we couldn't get dvd's to play we didn't know how to use direct tv controls. We really enjoyed the firepit and arcade games with our grandson. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

We were treated well. The floors in the house were always sticky. We felt we needed more information and directions both in the house and directions to get the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Once again a wonderful stay and will be seeing you in a few months..

Everything was as pictured and pretty clean. Only complaint is the beds were so noisy you couldn’t get much sleep.

This was first trip to tennessee we really enjoyed ourselves and auntie belhams cabin rentals helped us have a great vacation we rented storybook chalet and it was like home away from home.

Very helpful both before and during our stay. Cottage very clean and well appointed. Only suggestion would be to replace master mattress. (Extremely noises) and a few more kitchen towels

My family & I stayed at Shadybrook and LOVED it. I was worried when I rented the chalet that it would be to far from where I wanted to be but it was not far at all. It was at that "Perfect" spot. I would stay there again no questions asked.

Bearway to heaven was very high up with an extreme climb for the last leg of the road with a seriously steep driveway. I would like to be told in the future about situations like this. I read the comment book in the cabin and everyone that had stayed was concerned about the same thing. The master bedroom had an animal smell but thankfully you guys moved us to another home.

Second time staying in a cabin with this company & just as pleased as the first time! Clean, spacious, great view!

I was very pleased with the vacation rental although it looked like a house on the outside felt like a cabin on the inside ,loved the big deck with the hot tub and the fire pit and creekside,enjoyed listening to the water flowing down the stream! I like the fact that we got a paid adult admission to several attractions everyday. I would definitely come and stay again and I think my boyfriend and I are planning for October to see the beautiful fall colors.

Very friendly staff. Stayed at Shadybrook and it was better than pictures represent. The kids loved the stream behind the chalet and roasting marshmallows over the stream-side fire pit! The inside of Shadybrook was beautiful, relaxing, and had everything we needed.

The house was great, the location wonderful. Everyone at Auntie Belham's was friendly and helpful. The only problem was a very verbally abusive neighbor. During the day he was fine, but at night he was very loud and had a shot gun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shadybrook. It was everything that we expected and more! Your website does a very good job of promoting the cabins with the pictures. The cabin was exactly like they showed down to the comforters and the place of everything. Job very well done!

We had the best experience with Auntie Belhams. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the cabin was an absolute dream! We will definately use Auntie Belhams again in the future. The only disappointment was while we were staying, we decided to stay an extra night and was told that it was an extra $199 for one more night. We changed our minds. I think there should have been some kind of a reduced rate for the extra night since we were already in the cabin and it had not been rented to another yet.

Cabin was very nice, clean. We had a great time. I think there could be a better system for towel service as there weren't many towels left for 4 people and the option was to exchange them at the office-which was 20 minutes away-not very convenient. I would suggest leaving more towels, or advising guests before hand of that situation as we would have planned accordingly. That is the only issue we had. It was quiet, very relaxing, beautiful stream running in the back and the back deck and hot tub were accessible to the whole length of the house. Just beautiful!

Loved the cabin! It was perfect. Only flaw I noticed was when we arrived the closed up smell was overwhelming. I know people had stayed there recently so I'm not sure why is was so bad. We literally had to "air it out" before we could stand to be inside. Bought some air freshened too. Of course thus was a minor thing. We very much enjoyed the friendly service and helpful attitudes. Will definitely be staying with you guys next time.
