Hazy Days

Everything was great. Cabin was exactly as advertised. Had an issue with the cable box to the TV and called. Maintenance was there within an hour and had it fixed. Will definitely stay again. Top notch customer service.

Only problem no TV service in bedroom, weather put a hold on things but u can't control that

We believe the blower on the fireplace wasn't working (or else there isn't one-this would have been awesome to have) and the upstairs TV only worked for movies/DVD and we wish we could have watched cable/TV from bed.

Our cabin was wonderful! It had most of the necessities needed in the kitchen and was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We absolutely love the area and will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

We loved the cabin, it was liked it was described in the ad. We had the chance to see a bear eating in the back yard. Really steep road going up to the cabin. The only thing that would help with the entry into the cabin is a little cement step so it’s not as big of a step into the cabin. Thank you for the customer service.

We were displaced for a short amount of time because the road to our cabin was flooded but they very swiftly found us a new cabin and also gave us complimentary aquarium tickets to use while we were waiting for the cabin to be available.

Wonderful accommodations! The staff was very attentive and personable. We had a family emergency shortly after arriving the first day, but spoke with the staff and were able to work out the details. We returned to the cabin a couple days later and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again several times next year!

Hazy Days is such a nice cabin. Decorated nicely. Has a pool table and hot tub we never used but is nice to have for longer stay. The only issue we had was difficulty backing out of drive but we are not familiar with the terrain. Wonderful and helpful staff. The free attraction tickets were a nice unexpected addition to our stay. Will definitely rent from again!

We enjoyed our stay at hazy days cabin. It was very clean and everything worked as it should except for your ceiling fan located above the bed which made it hard to sleep as we always sleep with a fan on. But the good definently outweighed one little issue. Location was great and we cant wait to. Come stay with you again in december.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had a great location. Everything we needed was there. The amenities were great as well. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The only thing that I didn’t like was the invasion of the millipedes. There were so many!

We were very pleased with our rental experience. the cabin was so clean we thought it must be new! The only two things we would say were negatives was 1) the driveway was very steep and cramped. It made getting in and out of our cabin a bit of a challenge and 2) the headboard on the bed was either loose or broken. I would recommend replacing it. Other than that, it was perfect! The kitchen was the equipped better than any rental we've had before. We also enjoyed several of the free amenities, with the Five Oaks Riding Stables being our favorite!

Cabin was clean and in a nice area. The only complaint I have is lack of blow dryer, but I should have planned better myself. Hot tub was amazing, clean and the perfect temp.

As with every time we stay in one of your cabins it was a wonderful experience. We love Hazy Days! This was our second year in a row we've stay in this cabin for our anniversary "Cabin Time" getaway. We love how quiet it is around the cabin, the kitchen is wonderful to cook in, the hot tub is so peaceful to relax in. We LOVE the steam shower best. Wish more cabins had one. The only thing wrong with our stay was we had to cut it short because of a family members medical emergency. We will be back! Hopefully later this year. Maybe in the fall for the beautiful mountain color. If not we'll see you next April for our next "cabin time" anniversary getaway.

We loved the cabin. Everyone at the office was super nice. I would say that the cabin desperately needs some blinds in the living room and upstairs. It definitely hindered us getting to enjoy sleeping in. Also the cabin was nice and clean besides the glass and mirrors. The mirror in the upstairs bathroom door had little sticky handprints all over it. And lastly we couldn’t use the fan in the upstairs because it made a horribly squeaky noise and it would of been nice to have some air flow. But honestly, we loved everything else. It was really great.

Reservations and response to questions/issues was excellent. Cabin was very nice. A couple recommendations - blinds or curtains on sliding doors for upstairs bedroom and living room (helps for sleeping in the morning). Would have liked a shower in the upstairs bathroom and struggled with light coming on in upstairs bathroom. Fireplace was wonderful. Thank you for a nice visit.

The staff was great! They were thorough with explaining everything, patient and answered any questions, and very polite. They made me feel comfortable with the laid back environment. The check in and check out processes were very quick, super easy, and straight to the point.

The cabin was nice and comfortable, but there were a few things that should of been fixed before we stayed there. Most of all, the front door lock was very weak and would have been very easy for anyone to break into. Also I would think that whoever cleans the cabin would note that the toilet seat was very lose and could tell maintainance that.

The cabin was spotless and well-equipped. Wi-fi service was excellent and consistent, which is unusual in the mountains. Good location close to Great Smoky National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Great for a small family or a couple.

We always book our cabins with Auntie Belham's and are very happy with everything. Only had one small problem on this visit and it was the coffee maker did not work so I called the office on a Sunday and left a message and sometime later that day - a new coffee maker was delivered to the cabin! I appreciate the customer service that you provide and we are always happy with the cabins. I like to stay in a different one every trip and have always been satisfied.

The cabin was very nice. There was a lot of construction noise surrounding us due to the rebuilding from wildfire damage, which we understand, but it wasn't exactly pleasant being awakened by 7 am each morning of our honeymoon. Also, the adjacent cabin had very noisy, intoxicated tenants that were in the wooded area outside our cabin in the night and early morning. Otherwise the accommodations and service were great.

We have been using Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals for our mountain vacations for 3 years now (6 separate stays) and have been extremely pleased each time with the office and maintenance staff. Everyone has always been very friendly, informative and quick to respond to any of our needs or concerns. We've stayed at Hazy Daze the past two times and have absolutely loved it. You can tell that the owner(s) frequent the property and have taken many measures to assure their guests will have lots of unexpected amenities and quality furnishings. We WILL always use Auntie Belham's for our cabin accommodations when we come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I could never see us using any other property management group. No other management company could ever measure up to the standards and quality service that Auntie Belham's provides. Thank you so very much for making our vacations so pleasurable. We had a great experience with Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals. The office was easy to locate and when we arrived the personnel were very helpful and told us how to navigate to avoid some of the traffic hassles associated with the annual Hot Rod Run. Thank you for the tip about Light #8! The cabin was just as pictured and described and was very clean. We felt right at home. We will definitely use Auntie Belham's again and would recommend it to anyone.

We absolutely loved our cabin and our stay could not have been more perfect. Our cabin has a slew of extras that were not listed that were a big surprise. It was very clean, comfortable, and we had plenty of extra linens and toiletries that the extras I had bought to bring I didn't even end up using! We ended up not doing a lot out in town because we wanted to spend so much time in our cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hazy Days cabin and we would stay there again. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion (and maybe it's on the website) is to emphasize how STEEP some of the roads are leading up to the cabins. :)

Loved our stay. I liked the key box so we didn't have to make time to come back by the office. We did have some bugs and spiders but that's ok.
