Storybook Romance

This is our second time staying in Gatlinburg and it never disappoint us with the cabins at all we enjoy it every time.

Great responsive customer service. Easy to ask questions & get answers.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking another cabin from you in the future.

Everything was perfect. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a tv guide. After a super busy day, winding down watching tv is my "thing" but the tv doest have a guide.

The cabin was clean. I got a good response to the call I made to you in about the coffee pot being missing a filter basket, but that turned out to be my mistake.

Everyone that I spoke to on the phone or text with or talked to at the check in was so super friendly and helpful.

Your knowledge and friendliness was a relief when miles away from home.

Was kind of an older place that needs a little attention. But overall it was nice. Will look for something different next trip.

The cabin was AWESOME and Gail at the office was very nice and professional when we couldn't get directions from our GPS...she stayed on the phone with me and guided me right to it...will DEFINITELY stay with y'all again next time...cabin was clean and kitchen was stocked very well with everything you need to cook pots and pans and everything else...very quiet area and very close to the strip in Gatlinburg...thanks for a GREAT Honeymoon experience

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub at the cabin could be a little hotter and the jacuzzi tub could be a little quieter. But overall everything was awesome!

The cabin was awesome! We loved staying there, it was very cozy and felt like home. The only thing we would recommend is giving the cabin a little bit of love! There are some things that should be replaced (hot tub, faucets). Other than that, it was awesome and being able to walk down to the strip was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay, but perhaps it is time for a new firm mattress and a new couch. We liked being so close to downtown Gatlinburg, but the city should require the hotels on Spruce Lane to pick up their trash and broken glass. It was fun to read the history of Storybook Romance. It is an historical place that is good to visit. We have already recommended Auntie Belham’s Cabins to a few people. Thanks for a good place for a fun week getaway.

The place was clean,neat and in a great location,(secluded under it's own canopy)close but far enough away, Thank You we will be back.

Storybook Romance was super cozy and comfortable. It did smell a bit musty when we first got there and the bed was a bit too squishy, but other than that, it was great. Everything was super clean and well organized.

Check in and out was very nice and simple! We only had a few things come up while in the cabin, but nothing we felt we needed to call for (light bulb out and dripping sink), otherwise a great experience.

As usual, Auntie Belhams afforded my husband, his therapy dog and I, the peace, quiet and fun we crave.

We enjoyed our stay very much . . . the "cabin" was a little musty smelling but we brought our Fabreeze! so it soon lost some of that smell. I understand why the blinds need to be closed BUT it would have made our entry into the cabin much more inviting to have them open - the cabin was SO dark and dreary! Please don't pay attention to the complaining too much - all in all we have a wonderful time.

The staff was friendly and efficient and patiently answered all of our questions. The cabin was pleasant and clean. Check in and check out was easy. The automatic notifications were very helpful and informative (if not a bit many, but I know that some customers don't pay attention!) We've tried other agencies, and are very pleased with your service above the rest. Minor issues to note for the owner of "Storybook Romance:" the kitchen faucet works, but needs service. The wall anchors for the toilet paper holder are failing on the bathroom wall.

The cabin was great nothing that could have been done better and the website did not do the cabin justice! It was a great experience for my wife and I to share your cabin on our second wedding anniversary.

Everything went smooth as far as the process and the location was convenient as to the walking distance to the main strip of Gatlinburg. We also appreciated the military discount. Thank you!

Always love our stay. As of this trip, Fridge needs service and.bed mattress needs replacement.

It was very clean and privite. We greatly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. It was also very hot in the cabin it stayed 80 and over during our stay. May need some work on the a/c.

I wish we would have had wifi and the matress was uncomfortable

When we come to the mountains we always stay with Aunti Belham's. They are the best.

Good communication and easy to work with. The cabin was not all of that impressive, and more pictures could have painted a better picture of that. The Master Bed mattress could use an update, as I still have a sore back at work today.

The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were nice! WiFi would of been nice! I very cozy little house it's not a cabin! We enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was nothing fancy, but I knew that from looking at the pictures beforehand and also I knew this by comparing the rate against other more "modern" cabins. We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was clean and neat upon arrival. It was nice to read the history of this cabin and the other 2 on the property. The owner had the information displayed on the fireplace. For the money we were very pleased. The only issue to point out is that parking is a problem if the other 2 cabins are booked and those who are renting don't stick to just driving 1 car. The cabin called "Bear Creek Haven" had 2 cars and on our last day 1 more car checked into "Timeless Treasures." Since only 3 cars were able to fit in front of the fence we had to park at a nearby motel and walk. It was a little scary since we didn't get home until 10pm on our last night and we had encountered a bear rustling through the garbage at that same motel the night before.

We loved the cozy home feel of the Story Book cabin. It was clean and welcoming. We weren't at the cabin much, but it always felt good to come back to rest and relax. We will be back. One thing you could do is add some instructions on how to use the shower. We had to call the office to find out how to turn on the shower water. Please, update us on specials. Everything from the reservation to check in to the cleanliness of the cabin and check out were all a wonderful experience

I called several times looking for a place for our honeymoon and each person I spoke with was very helpful. We couldn't have been happier!

Relaxing, beautifully decorated and most especially dog friendly. Very responsive to our one and only issue which was not even connected in any way to auntie belhams

Everything was perfect. My daughter loved being outside and having a fire to fall asleep to every night.

We loved our cabin, we could not have been in a better location. My only criticism is the directions we were given upon checking in. It said we would turn left at the 3rd light in gatlinburg and then to 0.9 miles to the road where our cabin was located... It was actually only 0.2 miles so we went in circles for a while looking. Other than that everything was amazing!!

We had a wonderful vacation thank u! ceiling fans might be nice and a step to get into the hot tub and in the shower . A different type of grill. we love the town and the trolle . the traction Bill that you had with the lumber jack and the Titanic where you buy one get one was an excellent benefit for having choose your cabin.

We had a nice stay. It would be nice to have WiFi internet and bottom sheet was not big enough for the bed and kept coming off through out the night. That was annoying. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

We will definitely rent from you again. However, a little disappointed that the place was advertised as a cabin and was actually a 1 bedroom house. Wont stay at this location again. Didn't care for the neighborhood or the house. Love the amenities that were offered and took advantage of a few of them. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous!

Everyone was great only problem I had I was alone and the hot tub had no light in it so I was afraid to be in it alone at night 😞

We had a terrific stay in storybook romance. It was the most relaxing week I've had in a while. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to family problems but the stay was great. Thank you!

Teresa, the representive that handled booking the cabin for me was Amazing!! Provided plenty of information on the cabin and its location. Explained the ammenties that we're included with the cabin. Very warm and friendly! Overall had a great experience with the company and was very pleased with the cabin.

We enjoyed the cabin very much love the wood burning fire place. The oven door would not stay shut this could be updated. We will stay again.

everything was fantastic, the place was very clean and cozy. the only thing is my husband said the toilet was not man friendly(lol) to small if you know what I mean ,for me I thought a hand held shower head would of been great. but we will definitely be back and request the same room. thank you all so much for the experience.
