Tami and I would advise you to not change a thing in the way you do the services. Everyone we had dealings with were very helpful and very nice. We got stuck after towing hours for most places and your people were able to assist us in contacting a tow company to find us and pull us out of the ditch. We used the time, while waiting for the tow truck, to revisit our lives. Our anniversary weekend was made great by the support team at Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals.

Auntie Belham's staff is awesome!! They helped when we realized the cabin we chose did not have internet, which we had to have with my husband's work. They quickly got us into another cabin and we were able to pay the difference. The cabin was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

In spite of being emergency evacuated due to a fire, the team did a great job of making the remainder of our stay memorable. We were actually sitting on the couch in our new cabin having a cuppa coffee by 8:30 in the morning after being awakened by honking and flames across the street at 1:15 AM. Could’ve been much worse and we are grateful that they went out of their way to help us continue our stay!

The cabin was almost like home when we arrived. The only issue was the shower heads need to be replaced and the kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked. It was a very quiet, relaxing experience. We are talking about coming back next year with all the kids and grandkids.

Cabin had all necessities, was very clean. Virtual check in very easy. Emails and texts very helpful. Had good information when spoke to staff in person as well.

Making reservations was easy, check in & check out was easy also. All staff I interacted with was friendly. We took advantage of the “one night free” promo! Our cabin was clean, private, and everything we wanted. Would recommend Auntie Belhams to anyone looking for a cabin.

We have stayed multiple times with Auntie Belham’s. But A Special Place is near and dear to our hearts. This time especially, because it was for our wedding. Everything was perfect for us. There are only two suggestions that we would make; the shower heads need to be replaced, as the water does not come out well and it’s very hard to get shampoo out of long hair. The second would be that there really should be a hose to add water to the spa outside. The water level got low and we had to use our cooler to add water to is from the outside water facet. Again, thank you for making our wedding weekend perfect.

We loved the cabin, "A Special Place". It had all the amenities a person could want. We would recommend them adding a small patio table on the deck between the rockers to place drinks on, but what the hay! We ALWAYS stay with Auntie Belham's and always will!

We have always went through Auntie Belham’s and have been very pleased. We did have a problem with caterpillars in our cabin(A Special Place). We probably killed 50 during our stay and was afraid to walk barefoot or leave anything on the counters or in the floor. When calling to check out we did alert them of the problem.

We’ve stayed with y’all many times over the years. We’ve always had great cabins and customer service. We refer our friends to y’all, as well.

Check-in is very easy, directions to the cabin are clear and the cabins are always very clean.

Very pleased with our stay. The only thing I would suggest to improve it would be to have some hangers for hanging your clothes up. Also, we had trouble with raccoons getting in our trash. Otherwise, we loved it.

Our stay with Auntie Belham's was wonderful beginning from the research process. Finding a cabin with all of the amenities we looked for and within our price range and date was a breeze, and the booking process was simple as well. I had to call the office several times after booking to make payments and the staff was always super helpful and very pleasant. Check-in was easy and check-out even easier! We stayed in A Special Place which was the absolutely perfect cabin for our honeymoon. The layout was gorgeous and there was plenty of room. Very clean as well. There were 2 minor damages noted as we settled in but staff resolved the issues very quickly and easily. The hot tub and jacuzzi worked well and were relaxing. The wood fireplace was a nice amenity. More than enough towels provided so that we didn't have to wash them every day (we washed every other day). Kitchen has all of the pots, pans, and appliances we needed and there is a nice stereo in the living area and we used that quite a bit to listen to local radio stations. Wifi was nice and worked well. It was very appreciated as we did not have much cell service on the mountain. It was nice having the pool table but if you are serious about your pool, a different Auntie Belham's cabin may be for you. There isn't enough room to make certain shots due to the table being so close to some of the windows and walls, but we knew this going in because of other reviews. I've seen some people recommend removing the pool table but I think it is a nice addition as long as people are aware of the space issue. I would hate to see it removed! The couch could be updated so that it is a little more comfortable, but it's okay. I definitely had no problem napping on it a couple of times while enjoying the fire. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company and this cabin. We might try a cabin in Gatlinburg next time simply because we never made it there the week of our stay, but we also would have no reservations to staying at A Special Place again.

The cabin was great, it was my first experience in a cabin.

Everything was great! Cabin was clean and all linens we needed was provided. Gas grill worked but needs replaced. even on low burns too hot, used once. It was awesome otherwise.. Thank you!!!

The staff was very welcoming at check in. I was a bit disappointed in the location of the cabin I rented but once I got to it was pleased with the cabin.

We had an incredible time. This was probably the nicest cabin we have stayed in yet.

The service was good, we enjoyed the Xplorie card. It helped save some money, which allowed my son and I to do more. The cabin was decent, the doors need reworking. The raccoon and the trash was the worst part, it destroyed our trash 2 nights. This causes someone (me) to clean up after a night of partying for the raccoon. This is unsanitary and not ones ideal things to do on vacation. I would recommend doing some coon proofing and a lockable metal trash can. As far as the cabin itself, was ok. I wouldn’t stay at this cabin again, without the upgrades I mentioned above. As far as the service from Auntie Belhams, I was pleased.

Overall, it was very good. The bed could use a better mattress and the pool table could be better, but everything else was great! Thank you for your hospitality.

Customer service at office was fantastic! Very informative and as nice as they could be. The cabin was great, with the exception of the pool table. It was extremely off center and very unstable. We felt it was best to stay clear of it.

1st time staying with you all and it was great. We were celebrating our 19th anniversary. Cabin was wonderful and at check in the staff was great! We will for sure return in the future.

You were very helpful with the questions we had, the cabin was nice, but would have liked a better view then what we had. The only suggestion we have is to loose the pool table it was more of an obstacle then playable hard to get to outside and bedroom, plus it was uneven and a little warped. Other than that we had a pleasant time.

we enjoyed our stay. Cabin was were nice. would have given 5 stars but i did not like the winding narrow road and the traffic was horrible so it took a long time to get back to town.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great week. We love the hot tub but we're dissatisfied that the jacuzzi was not an option.

We enjoyed our stay in "A Special Place", and may choose to stay there again. However, the cabin did have a few issues: > The refrigerator had an awful moldy smell that permeated the ice and actually put a nasty flavor into drinks. > Some of the buttons on the microwave don't work (i.e. you can't use the #9 on the keypad). > There is a pool table in the living room area...WHY? There is not enough room to actually use it...are you storing there for someone? > Lighting in the kitchen is terrible. We noticed in the "Guest Log" that previous guests had resorted to bring a lamp in from the living room.

Everything with Auntie Belham's was great! They worked well with us and everything went smoothly.

Staff was great, as always. Auntie Belhams is our go-to place for cabin rentals. And we will most certainly rent from here again. Cabins are always clean and well stocked. This was our first stay in "A Special Place". Not a bad little cabin, relatively easy to get to. Had everything we needed and was pleasant enough. The pool table is a bit much for the space, blocking the bedroom door, it's not necessary. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink is only a trickle.

We loved the seclusion of the cabin by the foliage and landscape. I'm curious to how it would be in winter but in the summer it was perfect. The directions given on paper were a life saver because GPS doesn't work well as suggested. The adventure pass was awesome and it would definitely be something to look for on our return trip. We zip lined and it saved us $100. Overall, the cabin was very conveniently situated amongst all of the shops, restaraunts, and activities. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

We love to rent from Auntie Belham's. The service is excellent and the included fun pass saved us at least $130 on this trip!

The weekend rental of the cabin was a Christmas gift for my folks. They had not had a vacation since their honeymoon - 33 years ago. They were excited about the trip and its nearly a week since they've been back and they are still telling us kids what a great time they had. They even got to see a bear.

We loved the cabin everything was perfect. We liked the mountain get away but yet we were close to town . Looking forward to visiting again sometime.

And the pool table took up too much valuable space and was just in the way! Check-in was easy and check-out a breeze since we didn't have to stop at the office. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay

The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Office staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a place that was wheelchair friendly, and were lucky to find A Special Place was available. Hope we can stay there again! We had everything we could possibly need.....except.....enough light to see while working in the kitchen/dining area.

Upon arrival to the cabin we were surprised to see the key to the lock box was open and the keys were in the door with the door wide open. And a vehicle was in the drive we were concerned about this we proceeded to go in the cabin and could hear someone talking, we then found a man on a cell phone on the back porch he said that he was checking out the hottub he said it was not heating. We assumed he was maintenance. He said that someone else would be stopping by later then he left. To our knowledge no one else stopped in. We did not get to use the hottub. On the other hand we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the cabin. There was a pleasant clean smell through the cabin. Even though we have never stayed in a cabin before it was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The king sized bed was very comfortable also. Overall very very pleased with our stay.

Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and nice. However, what really impressed me was how you handled our cousin Susan's car problems from arranging to having the car repaired to making sure she got to her cabin. I can honestly say that I don't think any other organization would have put forth that effort. Since we were all there for a family reunion, what you did for Susan helped make it special since she did not have to worry about her car. Thanks again for all your help and you certainly showed us what Southern hospitality really is.
