A beautiful cabin. Family loved it. So convenient to everything. Your staff was so easy to work with. Easy to communicate with!!

This was a great cabin, well furnished, good amenities. Management company provided great instructions and even provided quick response to a small maintenance issue. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely return. We even saw a mama bear and three cubs the first day! (But DO NOT approach them!) Only one point to make: the rear view off the decks is now obstructed by fully grown trees, no not much of a view of the mountains. However, the view is still nice because it is now wooded and very peaceful.

The cabin and its amenities were fantastic! Check in was easy and the directions to ours were easy to follow. A minor issue with the downstairs theater setup was resolved by Cory within the hour of calling it in; and a quick text message took care of a full trash bin. Your staff is amazing!

Very comfortable cabin and very clean. The electronics in the house wasn't very friendly and there were too many remotes to figure out the TV for the kids. However, they were helpful sending maintenance to the rescue!

Cabin was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for our large family. Game room was a hit! The only “complaint” is that the washer and dryer are very low capacity for a cabin that sleeps 16.

I was misguided in selecting a cabin that was high in the mountains, the drive was terrifying and the van started smoking. I phoned the rental company right away. The staff was apologetic and worked fast to resolve the issue. The following morning I and my staff was escorted back down the mountain by maintenance to Hollywood in the hills. It was a wonderful cabin with a less scary drive. Maintenance was wonderful and friendly. I do not leave reviews, so for me to take the time to leave one that means that the staff really did one hell of a job to assure our stay was a positive one. I will diffidently book with this company again.

Our family had a WONDERFUL stay. I don't know where else we could go and all stay under the same roof, prepare our meals as needed, hang out together, and all have our own room and bathroom. We enjoyed every aspect of the cabin - the kitchen, family room, the home theater and pool table, the porches, the views - it was all wonderful! The beds were comfortable (happy for king size beds - that's a treat!), and everything was spotless and clean. We also appreciated having the beautiful Christmas tree and decorations.

Great. Please check the water pressure in the kitchen sink. We enjoyed our trip very much and would stay again.

Very clean! Serving/storage bowls, pots/pans were in short supply for a crowd our size. We went and bought some cheap plastic containers and another skillet. (I needed a new one anyway). Poor toaster is on its last legs. Overall a great time spent with our family in the midst of Covid chaos!

Place was clean upon arrival. Front right burner on stove didn't work so that just made cooking a little longer since that was the biggest burner. Everything else worked. Upon checkout, we were told to call a number which we tried multiple times but it just came with a Verizon wireless message each time. Tried a different number, and same thing happened. Our family had a wonderful time and would come back!

The Place was beautiful. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and calls.

The cabin was perfect for our large group. The bedrooms were the perfect size... Everything was clean and well maintained... The only thing that could have been better was I thought we could have used a few more dishes.. It was a good family vacation.

We had an enjoyable stay at Hollywood in the Hills. The only disappointment we had was we could not ignite the outdoor grill. I don't know if there was an automatic starter (push button) or if you needed an additional sort of flame (which we didn't have), but any way we couldn't use the grill. Obviously, other guests had used it because it looked like it had been well used. We had two minor maintenance problems, but they were fixed quickly. Overall, we had a great time. We really liked the layout of the cabin.

The entire experience with this group was excellent from booking to checkout. Each person we had contact with was attentive, respectful and responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely book with them again.

1 of the bathroom showers did not work and also would be nice to put the directions on how to make the gas fireplace work in the handouts.

This is our 3rd stay in "Hollywood in the Hills" and we will be back in the fall of 2017 for stay #4!

Awesome,we loved everything about the cabin. The beds slept great. It was a home away from home. I would definitely draw here again. I have recommend it to my friends. I would love to bring my family around the winter holidays.

Perfect location for our family vacation. The three floors allowed the different family groups to spread out and have some space. The week we were there, the weather was pretty hot. The lowest floor was cool, but the higher levels had problems staying cool because of the number of people and the high windows which didn't have shades, thus letting the sun beat down on the family room. The cabin is located very close to the main road in Pigeon Forge, and has grocery stores nearby, but the location is still very quiet and tucked up on a hill. The office was very quick to respond to the requests that we had and were very easy to work with. We would stay in this cabin again.

Cabin was great. So nice to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Carpet was pretty dirty, floor was sticky when we arrived. Loved the big table on the deck, amazing!

The cabin was very nice except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy and worn. Kitchen was very small.

Reservations and check in and out was awesome, cabin was very clean, location was very good, but none of the bedrooms had a trash basket. Overall though good experience!

The over all experience was awesome. Just 2 things wrong. The cabin is called Hollywood in the hills and the main DVD player did not work. Second and big thing is to get a bigger hot tub for the bigger cabins. We were in a cabin that slept 16 and a hot tub that held 4 small people.

Our stay was great. We loved the convenience of the location of the cabin & the amount of space. My only complaint is that one of the eyes on the stove did not work. Made it a little difficult to cook. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

The cabin was beautiful, spacious and clean, except the carpet areas they are in need of a cleaning. The game room and TV viewing area was greatly enjoyed by all.

The check in process was fantastic . Rhonda and the ladies who helped book my vacation were awesome.

Washer was not working, fortunately was repaired the afternoon before we left. Had a very comfortable stay.

Things were very clean, though the age of the appliances left a little to be desired. The burners on the stove did not connect well, the dishwasher bottom tray seemed too small for the unit, the ice maker upstairs did not work. The shower head in the upstairs shower was either clogged or malfunctioning, causing water to go everywhere. Had a hard time working the television downstairs, as there were no clear instructions. Never did get surround sound to work. Hot tub became a bit cloudy and funky smelling by the end of our stay. Not sure if leaving a refresh of chemicals would have helped, but in a house that sleeps 16, I wouldn't think that the 6 of us would overuse it to the point that the chemicals are used up. Otherwise, things were very nice. Great location, very clean, everything worked. Friendly service, no other issues.

The staff was extremely helpful and understanding with all 13 people coming from Ohio at different times and we are thankful for your courtesy! We would HIGHLY recommend (and have) to our friends and other family members! It was an enjoyable trip and ALL OF YOU made it possible! The cabin was beautiful, just as advertised! I think everything was awesome! We ended up with a dishwasher that was leaking. Everything else was super! We would stay again.

The cabin was a perfect fit for our group. It was clean and well stocked. The theater was a big hit with the kids. We enjoyed meals around the big table on the deck. We had a great time being together .

Registration was easy, directions to the cabin were exact. Cabin was extremely clean. The only thing missing was instruction on what to do with our daily trash.

The carpet could have been cleaner and the bedding in the master room was old. Better bedding in some of the other rooms.

I have been working with rental companies for the last 15 years for vacation stays. Your company has been the best experience by far! The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was an issue with the plumbing, I called the office thinking we would be checked out by the time someone came (we were only there two days). No less than 10 min. later, maintenance was at the door! The problem was fixed fast and we were able to use the bathrooms again. It was nice to work with a company that seems to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied. Thank you! : )

The cabin was amazing! A little challenging with small kitchen but we survived. We had a blast and it did accommodate our crowd great. Location was the best. Very close to everything. The tickets that came with the rental were a plus!!

All aspects of the experience were great! The reservation process was easy and smooth. Check in was easy. All questions were anticipated and answered. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable and lots of fund. When I had a question regarding check-out procedures, it was easy to get the answers. Only hesitation about returning may be that the cabin was in a "sub-division" of cabins. The pic on the website made it look a bit more rural. Not a real problem, but not exactly what we were expecting.

The Cabin was very beautiful, the pictures were spot on and our stay was well worth the price that we paid. My only complaint was the hot tub, almost every cabin I've been too in the area have hot tub issues. yours has a jet problem, too many of the jets didn't work proberly or not at all.

Hollywood in the Hills was comfortable for our group of 14 and we really enjoyed the move theater! Hot water was plentiful. Screened in porch with hot tub and grill was wonderful. A couple of suggestions; the kitchen needed to be restocked with silverware (only 8 butter knives) and coffee cups (only 4) and a second coffee pot would have been nice given the number of people the unit held.
