We were happy with Auntie Belham’s and would recommend them as an agency, but would not necessarily recommend Heathers Hideaway. It’s roomy and in a great location, but could use better lighting and a good freshening up. The blankets are frayed, bathroom rugs are dirty, some tv remotes need batteries and several lightbulbs are burned out.

The cabin itself was great! The view is nice and it was big enough for six adults. The cabin would be perfect with a little washer/dryer combo.

The app didn't work on either our android or iphone. Would be great to have a typed list of discount partners included. Also the promo said a free zipline was included but when I called the office, they said that was discontinued a year ago. Directions to cabin and checkout procedures were well explained.

Everything was great for the exception of a few little things that need repaired or replaced. Hot tub is in dire need of being replaced also the pool table. Other than that it was great!!! I look forward to possibly staying again.

check in process was great!! Smooth and effortless. The daily incentives seemed a bit difficult to use and understand. Wish more time was spent explaining how to use and work this exciting program. The home itself needs some minor upgrades. The pool table is broken in a few places. But overall a great experience!

Check in was easy and the experience was great. Location was awesome. I would have given a 5 except for a few owner improvements needed. Wifi needs to be fixed, raised tile in bathroom to trip on, very few accessible outlets in kitchen, 2 of 3 Adirondack chairs broken, cover on hot tub sags (hard to get off after rain), and some instructions on where to finds things would be great (ie key for kitchen door, password for wifi, location of light switches)

This was our first visit to an Auntie Belham cabin and we enjoyed it. Not even an hour in and we had a bear on the porch, my 8 month old granddaughter loved it, then to have a raccoon come up to the glass door on the porch and stare at her was amazing. The only thing I wish I knew before getting there was about how wide the stairs were, we took a baby gate but it was to little. Then the trash situation could have been better, even with bungee cords on the one can, we had to scare the raccoon off every night only to wake up to the trash on the porch to be picked up again due to the bears in it. I would recommend changing the trash can situation or have it were you can take it down the mountain to a certain location.

We stayed in Heather Hideaway. The location was perfect, size of cabin was perfect, beds were very comfortable, furniture and tvs good except need a tv in the other bedroom downstairs. The only suggestion I have is to update the bathrooms, they are very outdated and appear to be dirty but just old and outdated especially the upstairs main bathroom. The only complaint I have is to install a washer/dryer even if just a small stackable in a small room on the porch. (We had to go ask for more towels and washcloths)

The cabin was very nice and fairly priced. The only improvements we might suggest would be to provide more toilet paper/clean towels as part of the initial "starter kit". We would also suggest more secure trashcans (possibly metal trashcans with latching lids and secured to the porch) as local wildlife (raccoons and a BEAR) seemed to routinely come at night to pillage the outdoor garbage cans at the cabins in the area.

Reservations and check in process was pleasant and seamless. When making my reservation I asked about a specific problem that had been mentioned in the comments before. I was told this problem had been resolved. It had not. There is a smell coming from the main floor bathroom in Heather's Hideaway. It is a sewage smell. It fills the whole floor. You must keep the bathroom door closed.

The cabin experience was very good. The check-in was simple, the directions were very helpful and check-out was easy. The cabin was good. The heater worked well. The bedding was sufficient. More knives, forks and spoons are needed. The oven was operational but the heating element may be on its way out. I cooked a large lasagna and it was still cold following the directions on the box. We did use the propane grill. We did not use the hot tub. The video game console and pool table were a huge hit with the kids. There was a constant sewer smell in the bathroom on the main level. The sewer smell was also a distraction outside on the porch.

Heathers hideaway was beautiful. Firewood could be available at the cabin for the price paid. There was a loose hanging cable on the bottom porch that we were unsure of. And lots of broken nicnacks. And standing water in the jacuzzi. And the window in the loft bedroom is cracked. It also needs more dishes.

House was very clean. Bed was super comfortable which is extremely hard to find in a rental. Best sleep I've ever had out of my own home. House had flood lights but couldn't figure out to turn them on, would of helped calm the fear of bears while outside. Pool table needs repair.

from beginning to end it was a GREAT experience. Everyone in the office were extremely helpful, polite and an absolute delight to deal with. Our cabin was GREAT and every thing we needed for our visit. We will definitely be back and will only book cabins through you and I have already given your name to a friend at work who will be looking for an August visit. Thank you so very much for a wonderful memory to add to the bank.

loved the view from the deck, the house was well kept and the only real problem was the Raccoon that visited every night. You need to put the trash cans in a cage to keep the raccoon out of the trash. Every morning my husband and I spent time picking up trash and hosing the porch down. We noticed other houses with containers for the trash cans to be in and that is what is needed at this house. Even with that we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I initially spoke with Kathy and she helped me throughout. It was my husband's birthday weekend getaway and I wanted it to be special. Kathy recommended a mobile massage and personal chef. We booked both and boy was my husband pleased. It was romantic, rejuvenating, and wonderful. The customer service I received from Kathy, Roger and Amber (the massage therapists), and Chef Ray and his wife Lisa was excellent. We plan on bringing the whole family back this summer and even before that I'm planning a girlfriend getaway. I'm a fan!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Heathers Hideaway. We were surprised at the fact that it doesn't have a washer/dryer as the cabin sleeps 6 and all previous cabins we've stayed in with Auntie Belham had them. We were also surprised to see that the cleaning in the cabin was very poor. My husband was told during check in that the previous occupants "trashed" the place. It wasn't a mess as much as the basic cleaning had not been done in quite some time. We checked in the afternoon of the 1st and only slept in the cabin. The following morning I got up and had to sweep all hard floors as there was dirt, dust, food, etc all over the floors. I also wiped down several hard surfaces (counters, fridge, mantel, & tv) that was covered in dust/dirt. We did notice several maintenence issues that seem to have gone unnoticed as well. Several light bulbs blown (many in the same room), the whirlpool leaks pretty bad, a broken window in the loft (though it wasn't bothersome as no one utilized that room). We did enjoy the location of this cabin above all others that we've stayed in previously & the wood fireplace is definitely more enjoyable then the gas fireplaces in other cabins as well.

The easy check in/out is great! Was not a fan of the cabin we stayed in, it was older, seemed outdated and the hot tub outdoors was dirty. And who would out a jacuzzi in a living room!??? Confused about that one. The other cabins I've stayed in from Auntie Belham's were great though.
