Express check in was easy and Great convenient, the cabin was dress to the T’s, perfect !!! Do to weather we stayed in, worked on puzzles, watch movies, all that boring stuff, but we’re rested, ready for the New Year 2023 !!! First of all, I ALWAYS recommend Auntie Belham's to anyone who is even remotely interested in renting a cabin, or will even listen to me rave, for that matter! Your staff is always VERY helpful, friendly, and nice, both in person and over the phone. The check-in and check out procedures were efficient. I appreciated the check-out list posted in the cabin. The cabin, Majestic Escape, is impeccably maintained, kitchen utensils generously stocked, and VERY clean! Your cleaning staff is exceptional. I definitely appreciated the folder with materials such as directions, and maps of the attractions in all three cities. Someone was definitely thinking of things people unfamiliar with the twisty roads of Tennessee would need. Your website is outstanding. We stayed at The Outbak in August 2013 and 2014, but it is no longer available with AB, and if it is listed through another company, I am not interested. I love browsing through the different cabins on yoru site, but I do believe we have found "The One" for us!

Overall we had an amazing vacation. The views are absolutely incredible, breathtaking! The two deck areas were peaceful and relaxing and allowed us to spend a lot of family time there. I would only suggest one thing and some people may not care, I found it inconvenient that there we not hair dryers in the cabin. I bought one and left it there....... That being said, our trip was amazing and the lack of internet allowed us to spend quality time together.

Auntie Belham's does not disappoint! The cabins, locations, and furnishings are all of good quality and makes the stay feel more like a home away from home than a rental. No dollar store buys here! Cleaning has slacked some, and would like to see more notice of sanitation efforts besides just the commodes, decks could be power washed with more regularity. Having said this though, it is spring and we all know how pollen can show up overnight, I only mention because it was pointed out in the guest book by several visitors just prior to our stay. This is my groups fifth stay at Majestic Escape, and we absolutely love it!! The additions of extra bedding, games, and updated decor were a delightful surprise! Can't wait until next year!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the lovely Majestic Escape cabin. Location was fantastic as was our view from cabin. We were a bit uneasy about our stay during this pandemic of 3020 but between the ease of no contact check in, cleanliness of cabin, and distance from contact with any other cabins we felt safe and secure. Looking forward to booking with y’all again in the future.

The cabin is spectacular. When we arrived, the smoke detector was beeping. There was a battery on the dresser so it appeared that they tried to replace it and just left it. Someone was out quickly to fix it. The next day the fireplaces weren't connected properly. Again, someone came out to fix it so all was good. I think these things should be checked before new guests arrive. Other than that, it was a great experience and we'll be back every year. This was our third time.

Check in was easy and convenient. The cabin was clean upon arrival. The night that we arrived we had issues with Internet connection and we found out the roof was leaking and maintenance was out within 12 hours and repaired everything. Auntie Belham’s staff was professional and very accommodating. As always we enjoyed our stay with Auntie Belham’s cabins.

Auntie belhams always divers a wonderful experience! Majestic escape was a beautiful, very clean cabin with an amazing view! Sumrises on the deck are beautiful!

There were a few minor issues as discussed at check out but over all stay was great. Would recommend when booking advising 15 miles could be 20-30 min driving time depending on cabin location.

Loved the cabin however the shower head on lower level bathroom was broken or needing adjusting. Water ran down wall and leaked out and over the side of tub when in use. Also the fireplace in the same bedroom/bathroom was not working. All others worked fine in cabin. Overall the cabin was wonderful. Just wish those two things had been working properly.

Beyond amazing views and cabin! My husband and I brought our four children ages 9-12 and they said this vacation and cabin was by far the best one yet. The house was clean and neat, plenty of towels ! Wanted to tell u the keurig coffee maker did not work, but I had brought mine along thinking u would not have one. this home is just marvelous and his is the 2nd time I have rented with auntie, great experience, property is beautiful and scenery fantastic.

We loved our stay very very much. The cabin was very relaxing and the view was breath-taking. We enjoyed the coupons. The only request about those is, instead of giving the option of using one per night, give the family the option to maybe use 2 in one night as most families will probably want to explore multi places to eat and it would be more valuable to bigger families. Again, the stay was so awesome!!!

It was a great cabin with an amazing view. My family loved it. We were all comfortable and it felt like home. Only issue we really had was the pool table only had one stick to play with cause all the others were missing tips and their was no chalk for the sticks. Also the electronic darts game was missing parts and not working proplerly. other than that it was a great experience. Next time we're in town we would love to stay at the majestic escape again!

Stayed 05/05/17-05/09/17 This is our 2nd stay at Majestic Escape for a girls weekend trip. My friends and I absolutely LOVE this cabin! The view couldn't be any more perfect with rolling mountains, beautiful sunrise, and semi secluded location. The cabins are privately owned and designed with custom features (love the stonework in all 3 bathrooms). The kitchen in this particular cabin has all the equipment one could ever need with 2 coffee makers, toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, electric skillet, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, quality pots and pans, and every kind of utensil a home cook like me, would ever need (brought my own the first stay, second time my load was much lighter!). Definitely a huge step above the garage sale décor and features one might find in other cabin rentals. My friends and I have decided Majestic Escape is a yearly must for a great getaway! Kudo's to Auntie Bellham's Cabin Rentals for managing such wonderful escapes! The only negative I can think of is that the fireplaces are turned off March 31st, so when we came in early May, and the temps dropped to the 40's at night, a nice cozy fire would have perfected the whole experience. But the cabin is still heated so, we managed. ;o)

Overall experience was fantastic, view was incredible and staff at the check in lodge were very friendly and helpful. Was unable to find remotes for lower floor bedroom tv. Maintenance guy showed up the for about 30 minutes the first day after check-in to do some work on banisters. Didn't introduce himself or tell us why he was there, just walked in. Bottom step of lower floor is a much bigger step down than the others. Overall, our trip was highly enjoyable and we plan on visiting again.

THE VIEW!!!! This cabin was by far the best any in our travel group had ever seen. Loved all the floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous down to the smallest detail. There was even a view from the toilet upstairs. Great for large groups or families. Plenty to do and see; the distance from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg tourist areas was not a problem for us. Took about half an hour to get either place but was well worth it for the view, and we had planned to spend most of our time enjoying the cabin anyway. If you're looking for more of a relaxed "staycation," or a place to hang out and play games (darts and pool table in the cabin were great!) this is the cabin to get. Had a great college football game day on Saturday with the two living rooms to use. Gated community for added security.

Amazing cabin. The wood work all over the cabin was spectacular. Rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were spacious. Loved the hot tubs in all bathrooms. Would definitely pick this cabin again.

Great! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate your company being accomadating and allowing us to check in early. The cabin was amazing. Our only complaint was that the comforters in the upstairs bunk beds seemed dusty. Overall it was wonderful and we will book again if the opportunity arises.

We loved the cabin and it was exactly as advertised with stunning views. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would have been helpful to have had a warning about just how remote the cabin was. It was a 30-45 minute drive to get to the grocery store and the roads leading up to the cabin were terrifying to navigate. For that reason it is unlikely we would stay in the same cabin again. When we turned on the a/c, piles of dead insects blew out of the vents. After a couple of days we noticed an increase in the number of live insects. We called Auntie Belham's an within a couple of hours a technician arrived and sprayed. We had no further problems.

The reason I did 4 stars and not 5 is that there was no pot holders in the kitchen and only one dish towel and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning the way we would like, other than that the cabin was beautiful and the views were picture perfect.

service was great cabin was wonderful except for the dart board only had one dart that worked and the pool table, most of the pool sticks were warped and most were missing the tips. Banister on bottom level was loose. Views were amazing! Also, the neighbor that lives just inside the gate almost caused us to wreck, pushed us up the driveway with bright lights on. Very rude. Bunk beds on upper level uncomfortable. Besides that the cabin was great!

The cabin was beautiful and the view spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub, movies, pool table, dart board and lounging by the fireplaces. The view was worth the extra money and more than enough room for the 2 of us. Maybe we will bring the whole family next time.

The cabin and the view was fantastic! The only complaint any of us had was the king sized mattress - one side was sunk in and uncomfortable. BUT that did not stop anyone from thoroughly enjoying our stay in your cabin. We would definitely rent from Auntie Belham again!!!

We really loved the cabin. It was very clean and the view was amazing. There are only a couple of things that I noticed that I thought were a bit odd. The sinks in the bathroom which were made out of rock and were round, small and deep seemed not to be such a good idea. They were hard to use and I can't see how they could be clean. The other thing were the rock steps going to the lower floor......they were very dangerous!!! It seemed to be a pretty bad idea to use that material on steps. In fact one of the people staying there did fall down the last three, only received bruises, but could have been worse. We all thought the steps were an accident waiting to happen!! Definitely not a cabin for anyone with young children running around. However we had six adults there and did enjoy our time there. The road up to the cabin was very steep, but that was to be expected. I would recommend it to friends and family, but only for adults.....no young children.
