Dreamcatcher is a great log cabin in a convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This cutie is great for a couple’s getaway or the right size for a small family trip.
This cabin has both a front and back deck, with the relaxing hot tub and charcoal grill being conveniently near the front door. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking! The cozy living room has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. Als on the main level is a king-sized bedroom, full bathroom, and a jacuzzi tub.
Head upstairs to play a round of pool in the lofted game room! Wi-Fi throughout.

We had an excellent stay. The cabin was just as comfortable as the first time we stayed there. The only complaint was the TV speaker sucks and the coffee pot is pretty bad. Everything else was great.
We stayed 4 nights at Drwam Catcher all was fine except I feel there should be a chair in living area and I would have benefitted having a washer and dryer in the cabin.
The cabin was nice and cozy. we like the style but was just a little smaller than expected and couldn’t wash clothes. Everything else was great though

Check in, check out awesome. Cabin wax great but realized the first nite when we went to take a shower the shower head was broken off. My husband bought a new one and installed. As a suggestion the shower inner curtain needs to be longer to avoid water leaking. TV could be larger and work better. Voice was muffled.

The cabin was a cute little getaway for the two of us. Nice and fairly well secluded. The showerhead was not as efficient as I would have liked especially since I have long hair, but manageable. Also, the grill didn't work so we had to improvise our dinners. Maybe if we had a torch lighter to manually light it? Either way, it was a quaint little secluded area, but still close enough for shopping and sight seeing. Definitely a good place to refresh the soul!

Staff was on point. When we arrived to check in everything was ready. We were in and out before I realized it. Only had 2 small issues. No head room to actually enjoy playing pool in the loft and the lid to the Bar-B-Q grill was about to fall off. Other than that the stay was awesome. Can't wait till next year.

I loved the ease it was to book the cabin and the accommodations that were given to us on our late arrival but most of all I liked how the adventure pass was included in the stay! Will definitely be staying with auntie Belhams again!
The cabin was nice but very dated. From upstairs, you could see dirt and bugs on the cabinets, and there wasn’t an outside light for going down the stairs.
Renting through AB is always wonderful. Everything goes smooth and easy. We greatly appreciate the late check-in procedures. And while Dreamcatcher wasnt quite up to the usual standards, other cabins we have stayed in have always been very well maintained. Dreamcatcher needs some TLC and updating. Couch is worn out, as well as the bed mattress. The plastic mattress protector is uncomfortable and annoying. The bathroom door scrapes the floor and it is difficult to open and close. Shower head is ridiculously bad and the shower curtain is torn. The hot tub is old, stained, has no convenient controls, was set to extremely hot, has panels falling off, and leaks in the front center. Drink pitcher in kitchen had a hole in the bottom. The jets in the Jacuzzi tub were covered in mildew. The driveway motion-detector floodlights don't come on, probably because the sensor is pointed straight down .
We loved the cabin, and enjoyed the peaceful stay. Hopefully we can come again and stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dreamcatcher. It's a great place to stay if you want privacy, but wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like stairs. We also made use of the games provided.

You made everything easy from the online searching for available cabins, to provisions for our stay and painless check out. However, as mentioned on our comment card, a new mattress and linens would go a long way in improving the Dreamcatcher. We would not stay there again without such an update.

Our experience was wonderful. The cabin was clean, private, and provided us with the getaway we were searching for. The only real complaint we had was the water pressure in the shower was weak. Otherwise, the cabin was perfect!
Directions where great. Cabin was really nice rustic but with modern amenities. Cabin was clean and ready for use. The bed was super comfortable I think I slept better in it than I do at home. The extras like the adventure pass and the free movie rentals made the trip even better. Only 2 issues really 1 being the stairs had honey bees all over it but they didn't bother us and the fact that the tub was basically in the living room was a bit of a downer but I guess it is more of a honeymoon or couples style cabin I guess not really meant for people with kids.
We had some problems with the hot tub, but other than that, great!
As always the staff did a great job. This cabin was not our favorite and needs a little TLC in our opinion. We had trouble with the TV, (no instructions), the hot tub (again no instructions, but it would not turn off and we could not get the Jacuzzi to work. Your repairman did, but it was VERY hard to push and we still could not get it? We still had a nice time, but would not return to this cabin, as it is not near as nice as the others we have rented from you.

Great, as always. 3rd time staying. However, the hot tub needed some attention. Algae around water line and hard to set temp. We were told there was not a gas grill on premises but it was a nice surprise when we got to the cabin that there actually was one there. Unfortunately we had alreat gone into town to get charcoal. No biggy, but yall might want to update the amenities list for Dream Catcher. Need a better showerhead in shower. Other than that the cabin, the office staff, maint. men and stay was wonderful.

We stayed at the "Dream Catcher" Cabin and our stay was GREAT! Cabin was exactly the way the pictures were on the website and it was very secluded and quiet. The cabin was VERY clean and the Hot Tub was great! Just as an added bonus: We picked our Wedding Date during our stay! :)
Only complaint would be the cabin needs a shower head.
Shower head restriction was too low, more water pressure would have been nice. Oven only cooked on one side, had to rotate the turkey we fixed to finish it. It also doesn't have an oven light. Other than that, we had a great stay!
Cabin was nice not very good to no signal with Verizon cell phones. Also have a little difficult time getting the right temp on the hot tub. Staff was geat at the office.
The cabin was precious and we really enjoyed our stay. The main office staff were very friendly and helpful also. The only issues we had were not being able to turn the fireplace on or turn the hot tub temp down. But they were minor inconveniences.

We had a couple problems in the cabin - the toilet kept running when flushed & the fireplace would not come on the last night we were there. We enjoyed playing pool. We loved the Lumberjack Feud show and we got to use your coupon for buy 1 get 1 free. We are already checking out cabins hopefully for next year!

The drive to this cabin is steep and winding in areas. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.
-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?
This cabin is 3.5 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge and 6 miles from the parkway of Gatlinburg.
-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?
2 vehicles will fit very comfortably in this driveway. It is a gravel driveway.
-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?
YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bar of soap per sink. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. We also provide 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed, and 1 kitchen set (1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent). We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).
-Is this cabin dog friendly?
NO… And we charge $250 when evidence of dog/animal is found inside unit.
-Will I encounter wildlife?
Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food and are very curious and destructive, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If your cabin does not have a bear proof trash can, please call us for trash pick up.
And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.
-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?
Absolutely. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.
Vacay Stay Guarantee
The VSG gives your reservation a cancellation policy. Without the VSG you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. Should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. No exceptions, since the cancellation policy is offered at booking. By not purchasing the VSG, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.
The Vacay Stay Guarantee allows for:
A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties.
A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties.
For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, Auntie Belham’s refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the total stay + taxes).
For cancellations made inside of 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 6 months all monies are forfeited.
Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
Absolutely no refunds for early departures for any reason including but not limited to: weather, road conditions or family emergencies. We are not responsible for such occurrences and will therefore not refund money because of them.
