As like every time we have stayed in one of Auntie Belham’s cabin, the staff was friendly and Kathy’s Kabin, was excellent!

Excellent on all counts except the tv working in the main room on 1st floor. Would not work and kept saying wait …

Great costumer service. I loved the ability to text and got an immediate reply from someone working from Auntie Balham’s. Loved our cabin, exactly as pictured.

Our cabin was clean and had all he items listed within our information memo. Additionally, linens for the pull-outs were provided in a conspicuous location. We loved the layout, furnishings and parking as there was plenty of room. We (I) also appreciated the washer and dryer, WiFi, and the BBQ grill. The deck was large, had a great bench-swing and wrought iron table. The view was phenomenal. He best thing for us was the peace and quiet in that area. We’ll definitely look for this particular cabin when we turn.

The cabin was clean upon our arrival and we had no problems during our week long stay. The interaction with the office staff upon check in was absolutely excellent. One suggestion is to have the rain gutters cleaned out so water and debris will not run into and on the hot tub..

Overall great experience, furniture could use updated. The couches and the beds.

Communication was great! Super easy check in that didn't require going to the office, but straight to the cabin.

Everything was great. The cabin was clean and well kept. Check in and check out was easy. All correspondence with the staff was very professional and friendly.

Our unit was very clean and well stocked. One hitch. There was an error in the directions that caused us to miss a turn, but then it was simple. We had a couple of small problems that were dealt with promptly and we were all good.

The cabin was great. Some of the nails on the stairs in the floor are coming up. The bench at the table was wobbly. The stay was great and we will definitely stay again.

Cabin was very clean and just as pictured. Perfect decor for a mountain cabin. Well stocked for all our cooking needs. Liked the location and relative seclusion. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would stay here again.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I have 1 suggestion, not a complaint. On the back patio above the patio table is a fairly large dead limb that needs to be cut. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book through Auntie Belhams in the future.

We really enjoyed the cabin and are planning on renting again in the future. I would suggest, however, the cabins contain either flashlights or candles for power outages. On Friday we came back from dinner, at approximately 8pm, to find the power was out. We followed the directions on the paperwork and reported the power outage however we could not find a flashlight or candle in the cabin. This made it difficult especially since my 8 year old son is terrified of the dark. We had to use the flashlight on our cell phones however two of the three phones died before the power was restored at midnight.

Very clean cabin and they were attentive to our needs. I will be staying here again. Great hospitality.

It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was so nice, clean and cozy. It was our first time there, and it was nothing short of amazing.

We loved the cabin and were glad to provide some feedback when we checked out. We forgot to mention the gunshots were a bit unnerving in the evening, and the lock on the trashbin needs some WD 40, otherwise all was good!

Wonderful! No complaints from us. We have been using auntie bellams for over 5 yrs and we keep going back.

The cabins we had we very good. We all enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend them again.

Everything was easy. Enjoyed our 5th year visiting pigeion forge area. Enjoyed the pirate show and a free ticket was a bonus. Also used the free icecream from mad dog creamer. Will see you next year!

Was a great place to stay nice Cabin well cleaned on arrival

The experience was great and very well done, great TV maintenance as well.

We rented Kathy's Kabin, very nice, clean cabin. We arrived after dark. There could be better lighting at the end of the porch, where a cross over was located. There is a drop off to the left as you go into cabin, so we had to watch our step, that we didn't step down into that area, so better light would have been helpful. Also the 2 bathrooms do not have fans installed, so there was no place for the steam to go or other smells. We had to call office for extra toilet paper, there was only one roll in each bathroom. No extras. We had to laundry towels and wash cloths, because there was only 4 washcloths, and we stayed 4 days. Over all the stay was nice. We did enjoy the card to get free movies, and show pass was available but we did not use.

We use Auntie Belham’s every time we go. Their cabins never let us down..

Wonderful customer service. We got there late, and they were still so pleasant. Great cabin! Was scared driving a 15 passenger va up the hills, directions were great, we got through it. Fully stocked.

Kathy's Kabin was well appointed and clean. Roads are steep but not difficult to get in and out; very conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We had a great experience, easy check in, easy check-out, the people at the office were great. Karen's Kabin was awesome.

Coupons came in handy, only issue was a broken towel rod in the downstairs bathroom

Kathy's Kabin was wonderful for our family of 6. Cabin was clean, well taken care of. Hot tub was great and location was wonderful. Will be back again.

Everything was fine. The coffee pot did quit working, but when we returned to the cabin that afternoon there was a new one. So nice to have something taken care of so promptly.

The first cabin Bear way to Heaven was so unsafe for driving in fair weather conditions luckily the ladies at desk were aboe to switch our cabins after we drove 12 plus hours with two young children.

The cabin was great, perfect location, plenty of room, and plenty of parking (that's a big deal to me), and the staff was very nice and very helpful during check in.

We absolutely love the fast check in and checking out. We only use Auntie Belham’s when we stay in a cabin on our vacation to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. I recommend Auntie Belham’s to friends all the time because of the fast online reservation and availability. My family has been staying with Auntie Belham’s for 21 years and we have never been disappointed.

As always Auntie Belhams has been great. Cabins have always been very clean. You might need to have someone check the drain in upstairs bath at Kathy’s cabin. It was running slow

You guys are amazing. There was an unforeseen issue with the cabin we originally booked, and you guys fix it immediately and made up for it by making sure that our stay was the best!!! We didn't want to leave!!!

Everything was what I expected except for the water outages which occurred whenever anyone took a shower. Water would be off for 3-5 minutes and come back on. A couple of times the circuit breaker had to be reset.

Had a wonderful time,love how nice it was decorated and very clean. Would be nice to have a door on upstairs bedroom for privacy. Very well stocked with dishes,cups and utensils ...A griddle would be nice to make pancakes,but we managed with the fry pan. Would like to thank you very much for letting us stay an extra hour until it stopped raining ...we were on a motorcycle and the drive down the mountain was scary enough in good weather :)

The staff was very friendly at check-in. Our cabin was clean, but discovered mouse dropping on the kitchen cabinet the last night of the stay. Also, had a snake invade the cabin. I called the emergency number twice, but never received a call back. Had to call the reservations line to get help. I do suggest that more details should be provided on the rewards/discounts card. We found that there were restrictions that prevented us from enjoying some of the items.

Cabin needs a little TLC (fans replaced, lights by beds need fixed, curtain or door on loft). Could use some more towels in kitchen and more than one hand towel per bathroom. Enjoyed the hot tub. Area is peaceful, and scenic. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very nice and helpful. Maintenance was quick to respond to calls. Our 4 year old says it was "great". Good accommodations for 3 genrations.

overall our experience was very good. The cabin was clean when we arrived. The TV was not working correctly for a few days but it was replaced with a working TV.

This was our 3rd stay in the last 12 months using Auntie Balham's. The experience has been the same every time. Easy to use web site. Knowledgeable rep's on the phone. Great helpful staff on the front desk. This trip we had my son, daughter in law, and our 2year old granddaughter. Kathy's Kabin was perfect. Easy access, wonderful wraparound deck and a large suite on the second floor for my wife and I to get away from it all. Thanks for the memories.
