1. Try a Smoky Mountain Llama Trek

When you first get to the llama farm, you get to meet all the llamas and even feed them snacks! When you’re looking at the available trails, you can do a short hike on Padgett Mills Trail where you go through the woods while leading your llama. If you want a longer hike, go on the Foxfire Mountain Trail where you walk along the trail. You can also go on an overnight llama trek if you want! You’ll have a blast leading your llamas along the trail!

2. Fish then Eat at English Mountain Trout Farm

Do you enjoy fishing and want to fish at a place that’s off the beaten path? At English Mountain Trout Farm, you can catch fish and then eat it! They have a pond on their property where you can catch trout and then have it cooked so you can eat it. Choose to have you fish fried, blackened, or cook with lemon pepper. You can even choose to have your fish prepared so you can bring it back to your cabin and cook it yourself!

3. Explore Tuckaleechee Caverns

There’s one section of this cavern that is known as the Big Room, and it is so large, almost 5 football stadiums could fit in it! You will also see Silver Falls, a 210-foot-tall waterfall in the cave. Tuckaleechee Caverns is one of the known caves in Tennessee, and you won’t want to miss out on exploring it!

4. Visit the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo

Not only will you be able to pet these beautiful animals, you’ll also be able to walk around with them and hand feed them! Your kids will be able to go on pony rides, or you can take the whole family to ride horses.
