3 Comforts of Home in Our Smoky Mountain Cabins
When going on a vacation, you’ll want to have lots of fun experiences in the new place. For example, if you’re coming to the Smoky Mountain area, you may want to take a rewarding hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or conquer your fear of heights on the roller coasters in Dollywood. What makes it all even better is being able to come back to a cozy but spacious place at the end of the day, a home away from home. Learn more about what we offer by exploring this list of 3 comforts of home in our Smoky Mountain cabins:
1. Comfortable Beds
A comfortable bed is one of the things that can make you feel at home in a new place. Additionally, even though sleep is always important, it is especially so on vacation. You’ll need a good night’s sleep if you plan on hiking or exploring the city. Even if you don’t have an active day ahead, vacations are a great time to catch up on sleep. It is good that our Smoky Mountain cabins are spacious and have a lot of options when it comes to beds. In fact, some of them can comfortably sleep up to 40 people. All of them have rooms with individual beds. Kids in your travel group will love spending time in a cabin that has a room with a bunk bed. If you need to spread out even more, other cabins have sleeper sofas as well.
2. Full-Size Kitchen
Another thing that will make you feel at home is cooking and eating your favorite foods. This is easy to do when you stay at our Smoky Mountain cabins, as they have a full-size kitchen, and you can get your favorite snacks and any other ingredients you’ll need at the grocery stores in town. Whip up a simple breakfast, such as eggs, before you head out for the day. Come back and make a delicious pasta and salad for dinner. You can also grill burgers or steak on the grill. Enjoy your food at the kitchen table or in the comfortable sitting on the porch! If your cabin has a fire pit, make some s’mores for a great dessert. Planning to have a few meals at your cabin instead of eating out is an easy way to save money.
3. Living Area
Our Smoky Mountain cabins have great living areas. These are excellent places to unwind after a fun day of vacation. Sit on the couch and enjoy your favorite movies and television shows in maximum comfort. It becomes even more cozy in the winter when you use the fireplace for extra warmth! If you’re traveling with your loved ones, there is plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. Have a movie night, play card games, and reminisce on the trip so far. In this precious time, you will make memories to look back on for years to come.
